I have original adaptor changing 65w fast hota hai ,but same problem i purchased 15days ago but I don't know what I do .tecno megabook t1 i3 model.at 24k from Amazon,but 1hapte ke baad replacement nahi hota😢 kya mai service centre javu ya fir yaise hi charge

Bro, you are connecting Negative DC to Main current Ground,
so laptop battery will receive Main current from ground.

yes in time it damages battery, and causes motherboard,ram and cpu short-circuit. if thundering happens it will fry the mother board due to no earthing connection
