There's a call center company here in the Philippines called Universal Tech. Explore Talent is one of their client's and I assure you its totally fake. My friend used to work here and told me that everything is freakin scripted depending on how you would object. They would give you that better business bureau shit and how thay are accredited with casting directors. Totally fake!! Explore Talent? more like Exploit Talent
I mentioned this in your Part 1 video, I made an Explore Talent account and only put my phone number, no photo and then I received a called from them and one of their staff, John as he is named, informed me about my personal information, from my work resume to places that I lived and somehow he found my social media and accused me of hate bashing (I only posted about a bad day at work and never talked trash about anyone) and when I broke my lease in my last apartment (I informed him that I had a falling out with my roommates and the addendum was signed to take me off the lease) and he accused me of being "Too high of a risk" person and said he hired his private investigator colleague, who texted me, and said that my social media looked impressive in terms of followers and accused of buying followers, which I never did and never will, and we haven't talked. That was all last year and both John and his colleague were low key rude to me and said that I should pay 450 a month to "Personality Management". This is why I will never go with Explore Talent ever again. They are creeps who are rude and get information that talent agencies do not care about...and they will instill fear into you. I can tell the story more thoroughly if you like, and I will tell you that my experience, or anything similar to, is something to look out for with Explore Talent or any other scams. They will accuse you of being "Too high of a risk for the industry" when you did not do anything wrong
The guy definitely sounded like William Price (not his real name). As a former employee of Explore Talent, I can confirm that it's somewhat a scam. I mean it's true that some of fhe Pro members get invites but only a VERY FEW of the population gets an actual real gig. Now, the scam part is that the company posts non-existent casting calls to make you think that there's a lot of casting calls open that's why you don't get callbacks even if you submitted and resubmitted your profile a hundred times and yes company only cares for your money that's why the it's expensive and they provide you a crappy website. 😂

This is the same exact guy that called me today !!! Somehow he found some of my old info from when I was modeling (print add) and doing commercials around 2006. He said that Coca-Cola had matched with me for a commercial and if I didn't log on to their explore talent website that I would loose the opportunity and they will move on to someone else.

Had to cancel my card years ago because they kept charging my card regardless of me canceling. My bank pulled that money right out of there hands when I told them. This happened a very long time ago. I still get texts from them about my membership

Someone actually recently reached out from explore casting offering me a free profile so I could use it and see if "it's actually a scam" . I know it is but like I said in the video, I'm open to speaking with them and seeing why no one I've ever met has been able to get a job through them.
OMG i just got a call today saying they want me to be an extra for the new spirderman movie. I was so excited but then they told me to pay for the subscription even though they called me for being an extra. Thanks for this video cuz they seemed shady af asking for money

Maybe I'm bugging but i just talked to that guy on the phone, he said his name was William! and he was like if i don't upgrade my membership he's going to have to let the casting director that is so called "interested" in me that i don't want the role, likeeee ummm, yea i ended the call their 👏. He said my height, body, weight (which I never gave), eye color, hair color, and location made me the ideal candidate. I said there was a 7 day free trial and I'll take that. He said nope, I need to pay right away first. I said nope and he hung up before I can explain that I wasn't comfortable paying without experiencing Explore Talents just yet. I won't lie though, the Facebook page nearly had me! 😂

If you don't want to to try it, you can. But I was not able to find it useful for myself. If you would like to get your money back, yeah call them and ask for it.

Do not give any money to explore talent. As far as online casting sites, it depends on where you live. I would suggest backstage, casting networks and submitting yourself to talent agencies and of course going to acti g workshops.

Hi Janice, explore talent is not a reputable casting site. You should try using casting networks, backstage or try asking actors in your area what they use. If you don't know any actors, try contacting a local university that has an acting program and asking there.
I have a playlist on the sites that I use if you are interested. I use casting networks, backstage, and I am about to make an account for casting frontier.

Hi Perla, I'm glad you didn't pay anything. When they call you just let them know you are no longer interested and to please take you off the call list. Even then they might still call you and you'll have to ignore them or keep telling them you're not interested. I hope this helps!
Yes, it is a scam. I've been acting for about 10 years and I've never heard of any actor friends that have actually booked a job through them. Please let me know if you have any questions about the industry and do not give them your money.

Hi there, in my experience they are a scam and you should not give them your money. Even by reading the comments on my videos, you can see other people have also proven that they are a scam. I would suggest to get a talent agent instead.

Okay, that's great! Then look into trying out backstage 🤗 you can do monthly that way you don't have to commit to spending the money if you don't see enough jobs in your area.

If I am wrong, I would love to see why. If you have proof that you have gotten a job through them and have someone I can call to prove this, I would love to make a part 3 and share my findings with everyone. I have been acting for 10 years and I have never seen any positive proof that Explore Talent is a legitimate way to make money. I find it very strange that all of the callers always have an accent. Does this company only hire people from another country? This leads me to believe this is a business that in ran in another country which makes it harder to prove that it is legitimate. Omg I’m such an idiot. They called me and they made it sound SOOO LEGIT and I payed $288 and now it’s when I’m doing research on them and I was afraid of the fact that it could be a scam. What Should I do? Should I call them and tell them that I want to cancel my subscription and to return the money?
If you don't want to to try it, you can. But I was not able to find it useful for myself. If you would like to get your money back, yeah call them and ask for it.

Do not give any money to explore talent. As far as online casting sites, it depends on where you live. I would suggest backstage, casting networks and submitting yourself to talent agencies and of course going to acti g workshops.

Hi belgica this is Janice do u know of any other tv acting commercials besides explore talent they said I have to pay a one time charge of 188 or 99 or 288 I thought it was 39.95 a month why do they have it where u can pay the full price in either 3 months 6 months or a year I don’t think I’m going to give them anything they lied about their payment plan now it’s one time prepayment charge.
Hi Janice, explore talent is not a reputable casting site. You should try using casting networks, backstage or try asking actors in your area what they use. If you don't know any actors, try contacting a local university that has an acting program and asking there.

Hi Perla, I'm glad you didn't pay anything. When they call you just let them know you are no longer interested and to please take you off the call list. Even then they might still call you and you'll have to ignore them or keep telling them you're not interested. I hope this helps!

Yes, it is a scam. I've been acting for about 10 years and I've never heard of any actor friends that have actually booked a job through them. Please let me know if you have any questions about the industry and do not give them your money.

Hi there, in my experience they are a scam and you should not give them your money. Even by reading the comments on my videos, you can see other people have also proven that they are a scam. I would suggest to get a talent agent instead.

Hello, thanks for your comment. From my experience, I can very clearly see that it is indeed a scam. If you have had a great experience, I would love to interview you via Skype for my channel. If I am wrong, I would love to see why. If you have proof that you have gotten a job through them and have someone I can call to prove this, I would love to make a part 3 and share my findings with everyone. I have been acting for 10 years and I have never seen any positive proof that Explore Talent is a legitimate way to make money. I find it very strange that all of the callers always have an accent. Does this company only hire people from another country? This leads me to believe this is a business that in ran in another country which makes it harder to prove that it is legitimate. Please let me know your feedback and if you would be willing to be interviewed.
