Hey Bea, I lost 143 pounds 6 years ago. Keep up the good work. You are doing a fabulous job. I am so glad I found your channel so I can lend support. Anyone faced with losing 100+ pounds is a study in courage. Well done!!
Wow, even before starting this video, this video is so perfectly timed. I have been on this health/fitness journey for 7 months now and just decided to meal prep starting next week
You're doing such a brilliant job, your overall positive trajectory is clearly showing despite the times where you have fallen off track. You've inspired me to keep going and I just wanted to say that you are awesome 😊
Get you some two compartment meal prep containers (black with semi clear lids). Makes meal prep so easy! They come in packs of 10. Portion, weigh, measure, whatever you do to calculate how much to eat per meal, slap the lid on and pop in the freezer. Use 8 ounce canning jars to mix your dry oatmeal ingredients (oats, sweetener, cinnamon, etc) or dry noatmeal ingredients (healthy sweet eats blog has a great recipe) in so all you have to do is dump in a bowl, add water/milk, microwave, add fruit or whatever and enjoy. The round 2 cup freezer/storage containers (ziplock) are great for soups, chili and stews, perfect portion sizes for one. I spend one day every two weeks doing meal prep then I'm set for half a month. I even portion my Rebel ice cream into 1/4 cup containers to make it easier to make a low carb brownie sundae when my calories allow. Make a dozen beef burritos, roll up in foil sheets, put in a labeled ziplock bag and toss in the freezer and pull out 2 when the mood for Mexican food hits. Same with ham, egg and cheese breakfast burritos (I usual just make 6 of them since they're so filling). Make 8 or 10 cream cheese chaffles and freeze in a freezer bags (2 of them is a great breakfast with sugar free, low carb syrup and a pat of butter). Tons of variety and it's all ready to go, and in the proper portions, so no thinking involved. I find it helps to only have to really think about food twice a month.
Bea, I struggle just like you. Sometimes it’s so hard, especially when you feel like you’re failing. 😞 I have struggled with my weight my whole life and it tears me up and gets me so low sometimes. Thank you for being honest, funny and just out there for everybody, showing the good and bad. You bring me up when I’m feeling down. I’m proud of you. Don’t give up girl, and neither will I.
I really like meal prep for dinner all week as I work nights. I cook my breakfast daily and plan on one to two lunch options for the week. I feel like I have variety and I don't have to count calories but once or twice a week. Keep moving forward, you got this girl.
@@Fayeluria I use them every spring/summer when salads seem GREAT. You can use motivation you have for one day and get as fancy as you want. Then future you who would make poor food choices has a quick healthy option!
I've been doing meal prep with my hubby for the last few months, and I LOVE it. I'm really bad at trying to cook every day, so being able to reheat something hearty and healthy is a big bonus for me. We usually spend 2-3 hours cooking for 5-6 days of food. Go Bea! You can do this!
I love meal prepping!!! It’s honestly been what helped me lose 30lb. Soups, curries and stir-fries are my go to because they reheat and freeze well. Some days I don’t feel like having the same thing I had yesterday so I just put that portion in the freezer and save it for another time. To save space in my fridge, I put everything in a big Tupperware, weigh how much it is, divide by the number of portions I want and write that on a post-it that I put on the lid so I can portion everything onto a plate when it’s time to eat. And I *never* keep anything in the fridge for longer than 4 days. I prep every four days anyway bc I’d get sick of the same thing 7days in a row. But also for food safety reasons, cooked food shouldn’t be kept in a fridge for that long. It’s a sure fire way to eventually give yourself food poisoning. Just keep it in the freezer to be safe.
I love that you adapt these different methods of eating/exercising/etc. to fit your own needs and lifestyle! So glad you're able to find what works best for you, keep up the amazing work! Personally, I might meal prep a one-pot meal for the next 4 days, but otherwise I'm just preparing the raw ingredients or certain components so that I can put a variety of meals together at a later date.
I like the meal prep style where you prep all the ingredients and a soup or stew, and then just put them together in different ways day by day. It works really well!
I'm sure you're never going to see this but I want to put it into the universe! You have absolutely inspired me to choose myself and work on getting to my goals, I'm a mother of two and work full time so between home and work I dont have time and have always made excuses but I've followed you for awhile and watching you has made me realize it doesnt have to be done perfectly as long as I'm trying and it's ok to fall sometimes! I struggle with my relationship with food as I over eat and the go to long without eating, then feel guilty and try to starve myself and it starts all over again, I've decided I'm starting now but next year I'm pushing to choose myself and my health for my family and that is thanks to you ❤
Couldn’t click fast enough! I hate left overs too and that’s why I never tried meal prepping... glad to see you’re back on track. You got this gurrrll!!!
Bea, I love that you are TRYING!!! I love that you keep trying different things, even if you don't initially think they will necessarily be easy or something you'd normally do. Keep going! You're super inspiring!
Soups are perrrfect to have in the fridge ready to go! Also I usually just make double dinner and then eat it for lunch the next day and it makes it way easier

You had so many wins this week with making a meal plan, a successful grocery experience and some solid bulk cooking. Good job! So proud of you as always.
Hey Bea, May I suggest boiling the eggs instead of scrambling them? Keep them in the shell until needed for your lunch or snack. Thank you for sharing your journey. 💚
This is really astonishing to me because in my culture meal prep doesn't even have a name, it's ingrained in the eating. The point of every meal we make is to have it for at least two meals - what you make for lunch, you have it as dinner as well, but even more common, you eat the same for 3 days. We don't even plan it, we just don't have meals that are just a one time thing! Great to see you getting back to it :)
I'm just here to remind you to do not degrade yourself. I have counted two " I'm disgusting" no B you are NOT. ! And you doing great.*virtual hug*. Proud of you for meal prepping. I just make my lunches for work in one big containers. It's usually a lots of rice with chicken, veggies from the oven. I'm trying to get 3 portions, i do not want to eat the same lunch 4 days in the row. It's a trials and error journey. You got this!! :)
Your “are we a chef!?” had the flavor of the Step Brothers “did we just become best friends!?” moment and I’m here for it 🙌🏽 (Also the answer is a resounding YUP)
What works for me after many failed attempts at cooking frozen fish: We like eating tilapia at my house and the Great Value brand we get has each one individually wrapped, so if it is frozen you can put those into a bowl of cold water for 30min - an hour and they will be thawed out for you. (Make sure to put some weight on top to keep them submerged.) Set oven to 400F Put thawed fish in your baking dish add oil. ( I drizzle a little on top of each fillet.) We love it with lots of dill, little bit of cayenne, salt & pepper. Bake for 13min or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. We serve this over rice with brussels sprouts and drizzle sriracha mayo on top. (This has made it so I can stomach brussels sprouts.) This is something that I could eat everyday!
Its an adjustment/learning experience.... Like with the eggs, instead try boiling them, keeping it in the shell and put it in the fridge and when you're ready, take one out so that way its not sitting in the condensation. Or put paper towels or something like that in with it to catch the water
I LOVE that you are always trying something new and showing the rest of us you don’t have to stick to one method to lose weight and turn our health around! I am a big fan of meal prep BUT I only prep 3-days at a time. This is easier for me mentally, but also keeps me from having to eat the same thing too many times because I just cannot do that. I can’t. Thank you for being you in this never ending 2020.
You should try meal prepping salad in mason jars!! It's super helpful. You can stack the ingredients from wet to dry with dressing at the bottom (or leave it out until right before eating it). Plus if you opt for a larger mason jar, there's enough room to mix all the ingredients together, which means one less dish to wash! Not to mention mason jars are more rigid than sandwich bags, so you don't need to worry about the bags toppling over.
I work 10 hour days and I’ve been consistently meal prepping since March, it is seriously a game changer. I mainly only prep breakfasts and lunches, but I’ve started making a big dinner at the beginning of the week and saving leftovers for the end of the week, because come Thursday I don’t want to cook. Also, I love putting putting soup in big jars, it takes up less room in the fridge!
Super proud of you! Pounds lost is pounds lost in my book. I am ok with eating leftovers but not after 3 days. I would be sketchy that I would get sick. I do freeze portions from my dinners and eat those throughout the following week. Down 46.5 on my own journey. Stay well. Love, from Florida
We tend to find a middle ground where we make enough food for three-four days of dinner and then we only cook twice a week! And I only make enough lunch for the 5 days I'm at work but that's purely out of laziness because on a work morning, I prioritise more sleep over waking up earlier to make food every morning!! You're doing great Bea, keep it up
GOOGLED IT: Fun Fact “When eggs cook, the proteins in the yolk and whites denature, turning translucent-to-opaque in appearance. ... The dreaded rotten egg smell, especially when eggs are overcooked is from the hydrogen, sulfur, and iron reacting to create the foul odorous compound hydrogen sulfide.” Also love the new shirt! I always love watching your videos always, and yes home loans are fffuuunnn 🙃 says no one ever. Girl you give me anxiety when you said it was the first time you went in with a whole weeks meals list....I literally HAVE to make a list or we never eat because I do not do well with trying to think on the spot for dinner ideas. For fish I personally like Salmon fillet with lemon pepper and then in my air fryer. Love the reusable baggies! I have never done though a whole week food preprep and maybe that’s what you meant was all the food done done.

Helpful tips - (It doesn't save on space but) for asparagus you can put it in two to three inches of water in a cup/mug, as though it was a cut flower, same with celery, helps them not get "soggy" and last for so much longer! ❤️❤️ Appreciate you so much B!
Up here in Canada they don't have "The More You Know"! miss that. Thank you for not vlogging too much recipes & cooking - EVERYBODY is doing that & it gets boring.

Just a few tips about cooking fish because my family loves eating fish - if you dont properly salt it before it cooks, no matter how much you salt it afterwards it won’t taste as good. We generally cook it with some olive oil and not with butter. Butter generally goes better with steak. You can put lemon slices on top while it cooks and you can try different fishes. We try not to buy it frozen. It tastes a lot better when its fresh. - I love your channel and watching your progress!!
Jar salads are a great way to save fridge space and they are delicious. Take a large jar, put in your dressing first, then any toppings (chicken, nuts, cheese, etc.) and then shove your lettuce in. Since the dressing is on the bottom and your toppings in between the lettuce and dressing, the lettuce doesn't wilt and it all dumps out easily onto a plate when you are ready to eat
Everything looked sooo good!! Definietly inspired me to try meal prep! Next time try adding a little bit of vinegar to the salsa, it will last longer :)
08:00 Maybe there is a way, you can make a "maker" on the boxes, where you can fill them up twice? Because of the marker, you know, how many you can take on the first time. But I don't know how it's gonna work in the long run...
So happy to see you back at it! Meal prep can be so much fun, I was just surprised you chose basically the same food everyday. Why not try overnight oats for 3-4 days with different fruit/ protein powder so they all taste different but can be made all at once :) Or always cooking 4 portions of lunch/dinner (one to eat, one for the fridge and two going into the freezer) - Just some ideas to make your life easier :) Love you and keep rocking!!! Lots of love from Germany!
beaaaaaa i adore you! to find someone going through the same struggles at the same age has really helped me think more about what i am actually capable of achieving. i haven’t actually started.... but ugh i need to! thank you for taking us along on your journey- you’re killin it
I used to mess up fish until I learned how to make it in parchment paper pouches. Place the rack at the lowest slot of the oven, preheat to 425 degrees. Place fish in the middle of the parchment paper and season with desired herbs/seasonings and a little oil or butter, like u did. Fold paper close length wise then fold in ends and bake for 25 minutes. Fish will be done! You can add veggies to the packet to cook with the fish too. Soups, salads, ground turkey taco meat, coconut quinoa and chia pudding are usually what I meal prep. Good luck with it!
I have been meal prepping the last couple months and I only prep certain ingredients. Like some roasted veggies (broccolli, brussel sprouts), one starch (potatoes, squash), and one meat and I usually use these ingredients for lunch and sometimes dinner and in different combinations. I like to keep other options on hand that I can cook quick (eggs, rice packets, frozen veggies, instant oatmeal) or just grab and eat (deli meat, pre-washed and cut fruit like berries, cooked rotisserie chicken, canned beans). My go-to breakfast is the Kodiak cake frozen waffles and an egg with some fruit. So quick.
What I found through my journey is I like using glass Tupperware, it just is easier to clean in my opinion. I have not tried freezing my meal prep, but maybe some day soon. I also recommend having some healthy frozen meals (like lean cuisine) as a back up just in case the meal is gross or doesn't work out, having a back up is nice.
The true lazy way of doing meal prep: - whenever you make rice, make enough for ten people for forty days and put the rest in the fridge. Congratulations, you meal prepped rice - soft boil approximately sixty eggs when you just want one. Put the rest in the fridge. - Whenever you want chicken for dinner, buy a whole ass chicken and divide the leftovers by light and dark meat and then toss the bones in a slow cooker with water, garlic, onion, celery and carrot before you go to work the next day. When you come home, you've meal prepped broth - buy the lettuce and veggies you tolerate the most - if you do this all in the first two days of the week, you have roughly meal prepped most dinners/lunches for the week
@@kasis3040 I'm sorry for the confusion, I was being hyperbolic. Trying to insinuate people overthink meal prep when it's just making enough for leftovers when you're cooking one thing
I eat things out of the fridge so long as it looks alright, whether it’s 3 days or 13. Some things keep better than others so can we stop this particular obsession?
My biggest thing for meal prepping and not getting sick of the same food is only prepping for 3 days worth and also if I’m going to do large portions of proteins I freeze them and grab them as I go throughout the week so they don’t taste bad like they do to me if I leave it in the fridge instead.
I have found that I stay on track way better if I meal prep but I do it with food that I can freeze, couldn't imagine cooking food it sit for 7 days without going off. That guy ur talking about is a chef. U did great this week xx
BTW Mason jar salads are super helpful. Put dressing and heavy/wet stuff in first then build up to lightest... Adding a folded paper towel on top helps with moisture as well... Game changer
Make sure greens are dry. Put 2-3 paper towels depending on size of paper towels and amount of salad/lettuce/spinach on the bottom of a ziplock bag, put ingredients on top, close bag but leave a corner open, push down until all the air comes out of the bag and it looks vacuum sealed, then close bag while leaning on the bag to keep the air out. Lettuce/spinach/salad can last up to 2 weeks this way in the crisper drawer of a fridge.
I have found when prepping salads, keep the toppings in a separate container. Place a paper towel on top of the salad, and store upside down with the lid on. I used to do this for a work week's worth of lunches all the time. Also if you bake your eggs in a muffin tin with the bacon all chopped up and a little cheese, they make great grab go breakfast "muffins". I have been working at home since March. I find it helps me a lot not to snack if I still meal prep my breakfast and lunch like as if I was still going into the office.

My family has recently gone keto and I prep break fast for the week. But to make it easier in us, dinner is doubled and extra is lunch the next day
I make the meals and package them in individual containers. So you can freeze some but healthier than a frozen dinner (and a lot cheaper)

Definitely pick foods that hold up after being cooked AND BEAAAAA.. they sale Tupperware with several compartments meant to hold a meal.
Tripped running to the living room so I could cast this to the TV. Oh Friday nights have changed so much around here haha.

Bea's videos are my current go-to de-stressers. Bea, you're the best, the funniest, somehow also the most relaxing and chill? How do you do it??
I really like meal prep for dinner all week as I work nights. I cook my breakfast daily and plan on one to two lunch options for the week. I feel like I have variety and I don't have to count calories but once or twice a week. Keep moving forward, you got this girl.
Bea, pinterest has millions of mason jar salads that I love! Zero sog!!!
I can vouch for this. I used mason jar pasta salads while I was in college. I loved adding new stuff in them!
Ooh why have I never heard of Jar salads? That sounds great!
Personally, I might meal prep a one-pot meal for the next 4 days, but otherwise I'm just preparing the raw ingredients or certain components so that I can put a variety of meals together at a later date.
i just love bea yall, she's just so entertaining
I like the meal prep style where you prep all the ingredients and a soup or stew, and then just put them together in different ways day by day. It works really well!
OMG GIRL, CONGRATULATIONS ON THE HOME LOAN! I'm SO EXCITED for you!!!
I am so not into meal prepping but I do like to have my veggies and fruit ready to eat. Helps me snack cleaner.
Thanks for sharing.
I really do love this channel so much! Your starting weight is the exact same as mine was in 2016, and I'm now down to 84kg. I have the same goal weight (about 70kg). I get so inspired by seing your journey, and it motivates me to keep going (even tho I have just maintained the same weight for about a year now..)! Keep sharing your ups and downs with us! It really helps
I meal prep 4 days and a time because more time than that gets skunky. Thank you for tackling the things that those of us one their weight loss journeys have questions about or trials with. The realness you use in dealing with these issues help us understand our trials are normal. Thank you! Much love and congratulations on getting back on track!
But the real question: did you gain confidence cooking fish throughout the week?
You had so many wins this week with making a meal plan, a successful grocery experience and some solid bulk cooking. Good job! So proud of you as always.
Hey Bea,
May I suggest boiling the eggs instead of scrambling them? Keep them in the shell until needed for your lunch or snack. Thank you for sharing your journey. 💚
This is really astonishing to me because in my culture meal prep doesn't even have a name, it's ingrained in the eating. The point of every meal we make is to have it for at least two meals - what you make for lunch, you have it as dinner as well, but even more common, you eat the same for 3 days. We don't even plan it, we just don't have meals that are just a one time thing!
Great to see you getting back to it :)
Already liking her video because you know you love it 💕
I'm just here to remind you to do not degrade yourself. :)
Your “are we a chef!?” had the flavor of the Step Brothers “did we just become best friends!?” moment and I’m here for it 🙌🏽
(Also the answer is a resounding YUP)
What works for me after many failed attempts at cooking frozen fish:
We like eating tilapia at my house and the Great Value brand we get has each one individually wrapped, so if it is frozen you can put those into a bowl of cold water for 30min - an hour and they will be thawed out for you. (Make sure to put some weight on top to keep them submerged.)
Set oven to 400F
Put thawed fish in your baking dish add oil. ( I drizzle a little on top of each fillet.)
We love it with lots of dill, little bit of cayenne, salt & pepper.
Bake for 13min or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
We serve this over rice with brussels sprouts and drizzle sriracha mayo on top. (This has made it so I can stomach brussels sprouts.)
This is something that I could eat everyday!
It seems that meal prep really can help with discipline. Proud that you're getting back on the horse xx
Its an adjustment/learning experience.... Like with the eggs, instead try boiling them, keeping it in the shell and put it in the fridge and when you're ready, take one out so that way its not sitting in the condensation. Or put paper towels or something like that in with it to catch the water
Pop a folded up paper towel in bottom of those salad 🥗 bags and it’ll soak up the moisture 👍🏼 best trick I use!
Mason jar salads keep things from getting soggy! You can put your dressing in the bottom. :)
2:28 “why? It’s too early for people”
Why did I feel that statement 💯 🤣
I work 10 hour days and I’ve been consistently meal prepping since March, it is seriously a game changer. I mainly only prep breakfasts and lunches, but I’ve started making a big dinner at the beginning of the week and saving leftovers for the end of the week, because come Thursday I don’t want to cook. Also, I love putting putting soup in big jars, it takes up less room in the fridge!
“The asparagus exhibit” 😂
Super proud of you! Pounds lost is pounds lost in my book. I am ok with eating leftovers but not after 3 days. I would be sketchy that I would get sick. I do freeze portions from my dinners and eat those throughout the following week. Down 46.5 on my own journey. Stay well. Love, from Florida
The book cook once eat all week by Casey Joy García, gives you 3 different meals with few ingredients per week. She’s also in you tube
This! I came here to say this. You can sub in things if you like them better
We tend to find a middle ground where we make enough food for three-four days of dinner and then we only cook twice a week! And I only make enough lunch for the 5 days I'm at work but that's purely out of laziness because on a work morning, I prioritise more sleep over waking up earlier to make food every morning!! You're doing great Bea, keep it up
GOOGLED IT: Fun Fact
“When eggs cook, the proteins in the yolk and whites denature, turning translucent-to-opaque in appearance. ... The dreaded rotten egg smell, especially when eggs are overcooked is from the hydrogen, sulfur, and iron reacting to create the foul odorous compound hydrogen sulfide.”
Also love the new shirt!
Yeah the sulfur is always the source of fool smells yuck... I forgot the name of the amino acid but yeah 😬
Btw-
Hello!! Um I am conducting a survey for an internet debate, would you be interested in answering one question?
Helpful tips - (It doesn't save on space but) for asparagus you can put it in two to three inches of water in a cup/mug, as though it was a cut flower, same with celery, helps them not get "soggy" and last for so much longer! ❤️❤️
Appreciate you so much B!
Glad to hear you had a good week, and the fresh salsa looked delish!
Up here in Canada they don't have "The More You Know"! miss that. Thank you for not vlogging too much recipes & cooking - EVERYBODY is doing that & it gets boring.
I already commented this, but you could maybe try one of the 30 day yoga challenges by adriene. I think it would be interesting🤭
Hahaha yes Guy does cook. He does a lot when the people lose their homes during fire season. He's an incredible person. He grew up just down the road from me. I'm sure he will love the shout out. 😁
Btw you are awesome. Been helping me get back into shape after cancer. Love your videos.
You keep the struggle so real. ❤️
Sulphuric hellfire eggs 😂😂😂, but when warm they’re fine lol. Love ya B! Congrats on the prequalified-ness on the home loan. It’s a big deal! Super happy for you 🖤
Just a few tips about cooking fish because my family loves eating fish - if you dont properly salt it before it cooks, no matter how much you salt it afterwards it won’t taste as good. We generally cook it with some olive oil and not with butter. Butter generally goes better with steak. You can put lemon slices on top while it cooks and you can try different fishes. We try not to buy it frozen. It tastes a lot better when its fresh. - I love your channel and watching your progress!!
HEACK YEAH something to listen to while I work!
I do it toooo. I hope she creates a podcast someday ;-;
Bea's laugh is amazing! lol I swear it makes me laugh harder & brightens my day😊❤
So happy to see you back at it!
Everything looked great! You inspired me with the salsa 💃🏼 yum!
beaaaaaa i adore you! to find someone going through the same struggles at the same age has really helped me think more about what i am actually capable of achieving. i haven’t actually started.... but ugh i need to! thank you for taking us along on your journey- you’re killin it
girl wait - i just got to the wumbo container 😭👌🏼
Love you B! :) I lost 10 lbs since I started watching you!! n____n thanks so much for this channel!!
This title is a whole mood 😂 I feel ya girl xx
So quick.
My nephew just looked at my phone and was like “she looks like you” 😂
Agreed !!
The true lazy way of doing meal prep:
- whenever you make rice, make enough for ten people for forty days and put the rest in the fridge. Congratulations, you meal prepped rice
- soft boil approximately sixty eggs when you just want one. Put the rest in the fridge.
- Whenever you want chicken for dinner, buy a whole ass chicken and divide the leftovers by light and dark meat and then toss the bones in a slow cooker with water, garlic, onion, celery and carrot before you go to work the next day. When you come home, you've meal prepped broth
- buy the lettuce and veggies you tolerate the most
- if you do this all in the first two days of the week, you have roughly meal prepped most dinners/lunches for the week
Love the broth idea.
I believe that we should keep things cooked in the fridge for no longer then 3 days, same with rice
@@kasis3040 I'm sorry for the confusion, I was being hyperbolic. Trying to insinuate people overthink meal prep when it's just making enough for leftovers when you're cooking one thing
😂😂😂
I eat things out of the fridge so long as it looks alright, whether it’s 3 days or 13. Some things keep better than others so can we stop this particular obsession?
My biggest thing for meal prepping and not getting sick of the same food is only prepping for 3 days worth and also if I’m going to do large portions of proteins I freeze them and grab them as I go throughout the week so they don’t taste bad like they do to me if I leave it in the fridge instead.
Lol you uploaded this as I'm meal prepping for my week :D
I have found that I stay on track way better if I meal prep but I do it with food that I can freeze, couldn't imagine cooking food it sit for 7 days without going off. That guy ur talking about is a chef.
U did great this week xx
“Asparagus exhibit” made me literally LOL. 🤣
BTW Mason jar salads are super helpful. Put dressing and heavy/wet stuff in first then build up to lightest... Adding a folded paper towel on top helps with moisture as well... Game changer
Idk why but the drawing of the Tupperware sent me over the edge 😂😂😂
Make sure greens are dry. Put 2-3 paper towels depending on size of paper towels and amount of salad/lettuce/spinach on the bottom of a ziplock bag, put ingredients on top, close bag but leave a corner open, push down until all the air comes out of the bag and it looks vacuum sealed, then close bag while leaning on the bag to keep the air out. Lettuce/spinach/salad can last up to 2 weeks this way in the crisper drawer of a fridge.
We stan a queen who uses “wumbo” in casual conversation 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I WUMBO, you WUMBO. He she me WUMBO
@@katrinna7311 it’s first grade Spongebob!
Oh my, I love leftovers, because that means no cooking! :D Hahaha. Some food tastes better too (usually soups!)
For the peanut powder it is great for sauces, smoothies and mixed with plain Greek yogurt to make a dip for apples and bananas.
