Luba is a good worker. Some women don't like such work. Pavlo is a lucky guy. You two make a good team!!
I never met two such hard working people!
Maybe once, in 1983??
@@tarjeik7162 Nope
😅
As an American I love the old culture and would much rather live in those times, instead of the current hustle of life today.
I do, too. Maybe my European ancestry gave me some genetic memory because these types of houses and scenes are very familiar to me even though I've never been outside the U.S.
Agree!
🙋🏼
As long as asbestos is on the outside as a roof, it is not dangerous. You should only touch it with work gloves. The only thing that is dangerous is the dust that is created when you have to drill or cut with an angle grinder. Ljuba's pink dungarees are a special, beautiful style.
People would for sure buy the old glass bottles. Its the shipping to the States or where ever that would be the issue of packing them up securely. Careful with the power in that home. Those wires are 60+ years old now. Great video you two!
I'm sad that Luba's granparents house is no longer up for sale - it looks amazing! I can't blame you for keeping it and repairing it though. Good luck!
I was going to buy it but they decided to keep it, Don Los Angeles California
Much , much better. I'm sure the neighbors appreciate what you're doing. 👍👍
I love your country house. So inspiring snd beautiful. You did a great cleaning job. I hope you will enjoy it snd mske another vidéo witj a good supper and candles light. ❤😊
That sure is a nice little house. A great place to raise your children.
Hi Pavlo and Luba with all your hard work you are bringing the old house back to life and making it yours.👍😃😃😃😃🇬🇧🚜
Asbestos is not good, but if you can paint it over it's ok for now. Just don't break it or saw it and throw away gloves after handeling. Spray it down with water before moving to prevent dust. Preferably also use a single use FFFP 3 mask. I know 60% of roofs in Ukraine is made with asbestos so I know you're just going to have to live with it but you can protect yourself from unnecessary harm. Everytime Luba went through her hair with those gloves I was screaming at the screen. Don't touch your face! 😅
👍👍
indeed;asbestos give you canser
I agree with you on the dangers of bare asbestos roofing and the fence is the same material as well by the look of it. However as you say, a good coat of water based paint will soak in and lock it up pretty well. But wow what a difference these two are making with the renovations and to see the warm glow of the lights in the evening sure brings the house back to life as a home. Well done Pavlo and Luba.
My old house had asbestos shingles as siding! It would have been too expensive to change it out, so I had it painted over. Too bad it was a product that was ever used on homes.
In some communist housing blocks, they used asbestos as a binding agent in the prefabricated cement boards. When you punch a hole, you can risk serious illnesses.
It's so heartwarming to see Luba's old family house being fixed up by the two of you. She was funny when she said that she thought you were going to say "a horror movie" about the inside. Lol
Great job cleaning up the yard - that's hard work!
All of your hard work is paying off ! With each episode the old house and yard are looking better and better. 👍
A big yard to clear up Pavlo, a good job for you and Luba to tackle before the winter weather sets in. Its great to see the red squirrel playing in the mature trees.
Pavlo, methinks that a night on the town for you and Luba is in order. Take a day off, relax, rent nice hotel and have nice dinner. That way you can regroup and when you come back you will have fresh ideas. You're welcome I will send the bill later.😅😅😅❤❤😊
Pavlo, Luba the house meanwhile looks very pretty. I cant imagine how much work you have done and I am sure there will still a lot to do. Well done both. Thumbs up. CU
Bottles for brewing fruit -grapes-tomato juice, sweet chill sauces etc , Resources give you options as self sufficiency living off the land harvest processing talents expand. They are free now but will cost or stop possibilities once thrown away (Ideas ) Its a beautiful size piece of growing soil.
You are doing a great job ! You both are hard workers ! The house is going to be nice when you put your touches on it ! The paint looks good and your yard is so much cleaner ! It will be nice to decorate it for Christmas ! Thanks for sharing your life with us ! I enjoy it ! Sending much Love and Prayers !
You both are hard workers, And your yard looks great from that work. Thank you for bringing us along.
You did a great job! The place looks awesome. Thanks from Canada
You both are working so hard and I love how good this home looks. Wow,such a nice job, well done! I even like the paint colors of the house. Sending you warm hugs from the USA. Slava Ukraine 🇺🇦 💙 🇺🇸
🤗Hello Luba and Pavlo! Best regards from Bavaria/Germany. You were very busy. It looks much better. I saw that there are still bricks in the garden, so you can build a grill or oven in the garden. The oven in the house is great, just the plate on top with the flex Sand it clean and then grease it. My grandma did this with a bacon rind. You should also replace the electrics for safety reasons. But everything little by little, it will definitely be very nice again. Good luck, you two. Stay healthy and take care of yourselves on.
🏠 it looks like a very happy and welcoming home. 🏡
You both have put a lot of hard work into your home and land, it looks great!
Keep working together, and your marriage will last forever. 🙂 take care! 👍
Congratulate yourselves, you have done so much good work on that house, inside and out! But please be careful with that asbestos, it needs special handling if you are ever going to move it.
The house does look festive with the red and green colors on the door and windows. It just needs a wreath and bells.
Those cups in the shape of fish looks so cool! I love how the fin is part of the handle.
It is wonderful to see that you both have such enthusiasm about life despite the horrific war going on. I know it is very hard at times ,but you guys seem like an amazing couple ,and I hope all your dreams come true and one day there will be peace.
You guys are definitely not afraid of hard work, it will be very much worth all your efforts.
What a beautiful house and yard. I like your paint colors.
Stay safe, Pavlo and Luba. God bless you and your entire family. Praying for you. -Emily from the US.
Hi Luba and Pavlo, see my avatar picture? it is a cottage that my mother painted years ago. Your cottage reminds me of my mother’s picture that she painted. You guys are doing a wonderful job cleaning up the grounds, really coming a long great. Can’t believe all the bottles that you found. I like the colors of the trim, works well with the color of the brick. Can’t wait until the next video to see how you are coming along. Mike wants to know who is playing the guitar in the background, Mike thinks it is Dick Dale, California surf music, back in the 60’s. 😂😂🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻mike and Dawn from USA.
Looking great.
Pavlo and Luna
What a great job cleaning up your yard! Your a wonderful team.
The house and yard looks much better!
Well worth the time!!
Regards
Jennifer and Duncan from Canada
It nice and clean good job
Maybe you could use the old fire tiles and the brick make a fire pit in the yard for Luba’s outdoor cooking. It would be outside bbq!
You both are doing a fine job! Keep up the good work
You did a great job cleaning the yard. I like the dining room table and the fish things. Luba has a great idea making candles
. You will need a glass cutter. Candle making is a big thing nowadays. You can make them with all kinds of scents and sell them for Christmas gifts.
Sometimes you just have to do the work by hand. It's no fun, in fact it sucks! But sometimes you have to do what you have to do! You both have done a wonderful job on the house, it's hard work but very rewarding! When you''re finished, you will have a wonderful home and yard!
The high speed part is hilarious! God bless you both!
Your hard team work really brought the old homestead into an appealing, livable, property.
It is amazing what a big improvement you achieved by cleaning up the yard junk. Along with the painting of the gate and house trim and door it looks 100% better. Next spring maybe a new well building after winter passes.? Also the big chunk of concrete by the door steps is a distraction and serves no apparent use. If too heavy to move perhaps just level n it and plant flowers on it. Loving your videos ! 👍👍👍🤩🙏🏻❤
The backyard looks much better. Please get professionals to remove the abestos tiles...As for the inside, looking forward to seeing what you guys will do.
And your fence is made from asbestos as well. Treat it AS POISON WHEN YOU TOUCH OR REMOVE IT. When it is not moved it is not dangerous.
Asbestos was widely used in the 1950s 1960s 1970s and still in the 1980s in the United States 🇺🇸
Undisturbed is good decision.
@@outdoorsbeyondnature1980 Also sll over Canada 😣
@@brendabrinkmanpasichnyk3500 There are Old House 🏠🏡 in the United States 🇺🇸 with led pipes and paint.
Huge compensation payouts for asbestos deaths and disabilities from manufacturers in australia. It is toxic.
You have such a nice home. I love the little updates you've done, while still leaving the essence of what it was and still is intact. You are such hard workers and deserve true happiness for all of your days ❤ Thank you for these videos. SLAVA UKRAINE 🇺🇦
More videos please. I’m new follower from Taiwan ❤
What a great job you both have done in the yard. The milk bottles are a rare find here in the states. I would love to find those old milk bottles while cleaning up. Thank you for sharing another wonderful video.
I love the music you put with the sped up video. Great job cleaning up!
I love the term "Disco Room" Pavlo. LOL🤣🤣. The outside of house looks so good now.👍
Thank you for the Video from Victoria BC Canada. You could put a partridge in the pear tree for Christmas.
Great video , at least with winter coming the weeds etc will dye down . But as you know and mentioned by another ...be VERY VERY careful with he old roofing sections . Asbestos dust is terribly bad for you.....get rid of it all safely first . great job your doing ......
Looking good. Looking forward to a new video.
The fish jug and cup are really unique and fun. Definitely things to keep.
A great deal of hard work. Looking forward to starting the wood stove so you can stay longer than an afternoon.
A lot of great work today my friends. The house and its nature, for instance the agile squirrel, are wondrous. Thank you kindly. See you again soon.
Great Job! But if it were me, I would remove the Ivy from the fence.
US guy here married to an amazing Ukrainian lady ) Watching your videos makes me miss my home there in Poltava more and more. Great work on the house. It is looking really good.
Your family is amazing. Im happy for you.
The Christmas Old House 🎄 looks amazing y'all should decorate the outside trees with Christmas lights. Check the wiring in the house and fuses box, on amps and watts electric 💡⚡
Wow what a challenge you have done it nice one Waseem tahir Nottingham uk 🇬🇧
Thanks
Thank you for supporting Luba and Palvo restoring the Old House 🏠🏡 in Ukraine 🇺🇦
I wish you were my neighbors! I love you guys-your funny and such hard workers! ❤️💙🇺🇦🇺🇸
Damn nice TREE.......... Enjoy you 2, love the honesty........ ;)
Beautiful Iron Bed in the Beehive shed???????
the garden looks amazing so much nice space now. you doing good. the house looks also good it needs only good restoration and modern materials on floor and roof and windodws.
That land is the perfect place to raise kids. Oh my god those doors in that house are awesome/. There is so much to work with there.
Luba is a dream, that's absolutely true 🙌
Nice one Pavlo and Luba. Please be careful when handling asbestos and wear a dust mask at all times. Your hard work is paying off and the property is looking better after each episode.. Take care and Slava Ukraine. 😄😄😄
I worry that they don't realize how deadly asbestos is. I hope they take notice of your warning. Cheers
Hi Pavlo and Luba, I hope your mum had another great birthday 🤗🤗Would you consider starting a beekeeping and honey business here again? It might be quite profitable, or you could lease part of the garden to somebody who would do it and pay you for it.
Nice update again 😎.
Memories: A few decades ago I was given exactly the same what they then called a “porcelain Whisky Fish with 6 little mugs” as a present by some Russian friends. Since 2014 they seem to refuse any of the contact efforts which I made since and which wasn’t a problem at all before. Which speaks for itself … I was even invited by them to go to see them at home in Cheboksary on the banks of the river Volga.
Similar sunset time as we have here in northern England. Thanks for the video. All the best 🇬🇧.
Looking great,a lot of work for sure.Stay safe.
Its looking good guys .You have worked so hard .✋
I was so glad to learn that you were keeping the house. It seems so sustainable for independent living. It is very lovely the way you’re fixing it up. ❤
I like watching your this house series vedio, it reminds me of my house in the village where once can see the nature so closly.
Terrific 👏👏👏. The yard you cleaned up looks great now. You are two hard working people. Inside the house looks great. Congratulations on your accomplishments to date. Luba’s pink coveralls are terrific. Thanks for sharing these videos. Peace, John
I love the house. It has so much charm!
One of the best episodes...love everything about it 👍👍👍
I love your house! It’s really nice old house! Don Los Angeles California
You two have progressed very well on the property repair and clean up. It’s a a lot of hard physical work yet alone you have to decided on how to dispose of the trash. I know as I have done this before. You will eventually get to the finish line but, as a home owner you also know it’s never finished.👍👍👍🇺🇸🙏🏽✌🏻😎
Pavlo and Luba, you are a Great Team. Complete house, grow gardens, prepare for unexpected Trials of life. Build your Family and Future. 🇺🇲🗽🇺🇦🥰⚖️ You are loved and Blessed. American democracy for Ukraine 🇺🇦.
The tiles are clay, the roofing is tin, the only hazards on the property is the hose that Paul and Love are using to source water from their well.
However it is most likely that the old paint sanded off the doors was vintage lead based paint, that Paul must of got a nose full of and was spitting out for a while.
Bottles……. Make great drinking glasses cut down skillfully with a bottle cutter and sand down the edges. Also bottles are great to keep around for Molotov cocktails! Sorry y’all my sense of willage humor. Михайло бід Мурдераполіс, Минесота
So much hard work the yard now looks clean and house is better inside and outside! I live below the equator so darkness comes now by 7:15-7:30 but soon with time change it will be closer to 6:00 and will continue to get darker earlier until the winter equinox shorter days to do yard work time now for rest and lots of wood to keep home warm…thank you for sharing 💙💛💙💛
You guys are workers , Love It .
she is a jewel look after her
The house is looking great, you guys. Makes me smile.

Had you not pointed it out, Pavlo, would've never noticed, lol. Before and after - looking good; yous hard work has paid off. Congrats!
Thank you for the video, always lekker to watch. 😊
Great work you both! This is such a beautiful property and old house. Good luck with everything
It's horrible when it gets dark so early you and Luba work so well together our thoughts and love and prayers are sent to you and your family's from Gary and family from england
You better pay attention to the roof sheets. Do I see abestos? When you move that put on full protective plastic clothing and gasmasks if you can. A very slight amout of asbestos can make you very ill in 30 years time. For example very severe cancer!
Yes you are absolutely correct. The damage from inhaling asbestos particles does not make you ill at the time, it shows up years later. My friend’s father was in the Navy as a young man during WWII and died from the damage to his lungs caused by the asbestos in the ship. Compensation doesn’t do you much good when you are already dead.
Love U Guys ❤ Thank You for Sharing & It's LOOKING Good! Keep up the Good Work. A little bit at a Time & one day it'll be ALL Done!!! 👍 Slava Ukraine 💙💛! P.S. @7:30 Pavlo LOLOL
I think you did a great job fixing up the house.
Pavlo and Luba, remove the wallpaper and paint the wall a creamy white, some Ikea art work and new furniture and you've got a comfy home.
don't touch the asbestos with bare hands water it down before cutting wear masks. Good luck.
You guys have done an amazing job.👍
Your country needs you 🫵🏼
its beautiful. I would love something like that
Looks like a great old house. Hope you continue to be safe and happy.
And it looked like Luba was carrying more wood than you were Pavlo...smiles.
Grandfather was a Beekeeper, all those bottles. Can we say MEAD!!! 😁
I love that. Ukraine has an ancient, continuous tradition of mead making.
@@pablodelsegundo9502 When I traveled to Ukraine 23 years ago I got ahold of one of their recipes. I’ve been making it ever since. I’m looking forward to moving back next year
At 8.33 you really need to repair some of the mortar on brickwork. Especially on the corners of the buildings if there are anymore. This home will really comeback nice with more repairs and attention
Wonderful human beings! Love your videos! ❤️
That’s a lot of work.
Another awesome vid! Stay safe!
Bottles were used for milk back in the 70's. Soda also came in bottles. We would have a 5 cent deposit on each bottle for milk and soda.
In the late 70's the milk and soda started using plastic. It was the worse mistake for the enviroment. Plastic went in the trash but soda plastic bottle were left everywhere.
