If you have to call Chime, you will get someone who only understands basic English words, and you will be on the phone with an automatic message service for about 20 minutes before you can get transferred to a person plus if you have anything that’s like over $4000 they probably will not accept the deposit I had a life insurance payout, and they refused to accept it.

How fast/easy is transferring money into chime or sofi from another bank? I'm planning to get one of these as a secondary bank to put grocery/eat out money in so I stop overspending.

I just signed up for SoFi. I don’t think the UI is bad at all. Very easy to use and navigate. I have heard bad things about the customer service though
