For the price, those chuck roasts are hard to beat. Briskets seem to be slowly coming down in price, I hope they continue to trend in that direction! Great cook buddy.

IF it is NOT a BRISKET it is NOT BURNT ENDS … It is BURNT Chunks of Meat … I prefer the Better end of the Brisket has much more flavor and I do not have to drink a gallon of water to wash it down ….
Literally you are correct. Burnt ends are only made from brisket. But these weren’t burnt and dried out. We were trying to get a similar consistency to brisket. Not claim that these are the same thing.

Relax.. many people make these. It's also called "poor man" burnt ends And it's better for some people who dont want an entire brisket.
