WinCC: Creating Menu

Could you please tell us how to use structure tags along with a small plc program of a motor.
Also, how can we reduce power tags. Can we make arrays in wincc 7.4 to reduce power tags?

my WinCC project don't have option "Menu and toolbars"
could you tell me how to past this option ?

+Александр Костик are you sure there is no "Menus and toolbars" on the WinCC Explorer project structure?
It should be there.
The project structure with the necessary editors and directories is displayed in the left partial
window of the WinCC Explorer.

perhaps because I use russian version Windows XP

Do you use PCS7? If yes, then the Menu and Toolbar - editor will not be installed, because PCS7 is not using them.
May be you can try to open WinCC\bin\CCWinCMTEditor.exe directly in order to be able to use the editor.

I use Step 7, LAD, STL and WinCC 7.2
