Blasters, Corruptors, Defenders and Sentinels all have access to Aim. Some powersets just give Aim a different name.
Dual Pistols does not offer Aim or Build Up as the powerset gets Swap Ammo.
Blasters are the only ones who get Build Up or whatever name the devs choose to give it in other powersets though, I believe.

Love me some range toons, especially corruptors. Never played a sentinel so i cant speak on that. I will say that sonic attack for corruptors and blasters is great.

I have a kin/sonic defender but my preference is playing a corruptor .
