Incase anyone's wondering the bosses have a damage threshold so you don't combo them into pancake batter ,so let's say the boss's damage meter taps out at twenty percent which is a ten hit combo ,go any higher than ten hits and you cant damage the boss till they hit the ground and reset . That's why the 65 hit combo on the boss didn't kill it.

biggest down fall with this game is when U do a combo no make how much it does no damage to the enemy .. that sucks
