Fuck man! Its a damn shame that the music industry dones't make sweet music like this anymore. I remember being 13yrs old and my grandpa used to take me to Tower Records to buy their albums then play it in his truck. Not caring if it had cussin in it out not
What makes 90s rap so good was not just the music, but the way society and environment was back then it looked more gritty and scary. No cameraphones or dudes taking their phones out for snitching or posting shit for clout or attention on social media, and you could get away with anything lol unlike these days u see dudes acting gangsta but be making TikTok’s dances and instagram beefs or be posting fights or shit every second or confrontations for attention LOL. Not to mention the videos cameras used in the 90s and the way they directed the videos made it look so cool and also the fashion.
I grew up in a small western PA town (literally 200 people) and used to hammer this out at the park playin basketball every day. To this day I seriously believe I am the only one in the state that ever did so. This is where its at, STILL
Sounds like my story Chad. I'm pretty sure I was only one of a small group of people bumping this album here in Tx back in '94. Guys from Houston I'm pretty sure mainly supported local artists. I'm from an area where gangsta rap was listened to by very few at the time but when I played this CD for the first time I knew I had purchased an album that would one day be a classic. 😎👍
Ima 80z baby. 1983.......remember bangin this at my older homies house from south central, big dirt. Bumpin in 2020 37 years old now. RIP JL/ RIP BIG RED / RIP BANDANA/ RIP BIG DIRT/ BIG SIN POPPIN THRU, 80Z BABY SHIT, DAMU RYDA👌🏼

This video shows me that were lacking LOVE for each other in society and we have to go beyond just being kind to each other. We have to open up are hearts & embrace one another. We are all human beings & learn to for give one another & show Love & Mercy to one another, Life is too short to have hate in the heart. ❤❤🎉🎉
