Good video I have seen a music box but with a fotoresistor in the lid ,that way there's no wires around and no pressing button can you explain us how this will be using a fotoresistor please?. Thanks in advance

Thanks! That's a good idea to use a photoresistor! How that will work, is that you will need to use a bc547 transistor to add to the circuit as the switch.

Instead of building an arduino, can I just use my arduino itself and attach it to the speaker?

True, but I wanted something smaller, cheaper and to use an IC for this project. An Arduino would have been used up and not used for testing other projects.

There isn't a button code, I just reset the device with the button on the reset pin.
