Nice car Jay, it won't last long. What it lacks in horsepower, it more than makes up for in condition. Where do you find a minty and unique (colour and shaker) 70 'Cuda for less than $70k? Volo motors, that's where! Plus, this is the kind of car you could cruise and cruise and cruise and not break the bank paying for gas! Y' all sure have a knack for finding the sweethearts! Cheers!
I never said it was a slouch. Great motor. It's just the big blocks have gotten so out of reach, especially in the 70, 71 years for most people that it's refreshing to see a car you can afford AND afford to cruise for the more average and passionate "one car" guy or gal.
Beautiful Cuda, in a great color option in and out! I love 4 speeds, but in this car, you can't beat the 727 TorqueFlite! I had a 69 Sport Fury in this green and loved it. In my opinion, this Cuda is one of Chrysler Corp's productions ever. Great find! Again, the fit and finish is superb, and you show and describe it well. As for 'rotisserie restored', it certainly has the look. Congrats to this car's next new owner! You'll be getting one desirable Mopar!!!
This car is yodas car, i fits a jedi master from courusant, from the batcave comes this awsome car 🤟 😊 love it thanks Jay grams president of volo auto museum 😊 😊 😊
Where we do the backing out portion of the video itself isn't restricted. There is actually a blue path there that leads between two buildings. The one person was a little beyond the sign but looking at that orange car & came back.
@@fittercritter1013, rumors. As far as I know, only body color shaker was red. Rumor has it that some early productions were body color, some say only if it came with the elastomeric bumper. Some say they stopped color matching the scoops because of glare, and it being a safety concern. Again, I don’t think that’s the case. I also heard that a few cars were color matched for advertising purposes. A lot of rumors out there. Some people painted or had somebody paint their scoops to match their car, which seems to be the case here. If there’s proof that this is truly the factory correct shaker scoop color, I’d stand corrected…
I originally painted the shaker bubble the correct argent silver and changed it later. I really liked the green shaker after seeing an '70 'hemicuda drag car with a green one.
Generally a nice car, but three things: 1- underneath should be body color, unless it was factory undercoated, 2- the resonators are in the middle and the oval mufflers at the rear, 3- those hideous radial tires are incorrect and will destroy the ride and handling of what would be a fine performing car.

Nice , rallye dash and floor shift should have been standard on cudas. Looks good.

Yes and yes. 😜Glad you like this one!
A 340 is no slouch. Its right up there with Chevy's 350 and Ford's 351. NHRA rates it around 325 horsepower.

Very sharp Jay. That girl is squeaky clean! Love it

That 340 sounds healthy! Nice Cuda Jay!

Que hermosura, una maravilla de la ingeniería de esa epoca
Estados Unidos, tuvo los mejores autos del mundo
Still beautiful even after 52 years.
Nicest Cuda I've seen in long time...
Nice car. The 340 is an excellent motor to modify. The only downside I see is the auto shift on the column

_It makes good look great_ 👌
Who are those shady looking guys in the restricted area? Nice Cuda!

PS do you have a triumph dolomite sprint rally edition, 2 ltr engine 1980 model
It would have been nice to hear the Mopar crank. No a/c.
Hard to believe those cars sold for about 4k when they were new.
I'll take 4 or 5 of em for 4k(of today's dollars)!! 😎
Did you get robbed or acosted from the goons hanging around the restricted area we worry bout you
We haven't noticed anything missing yet. 😶😆

Shaker is the wrong color…
I’ve heard that some early cars had body color shakers…

Factory undercoat car,I drove that car over 1,000 miles with those tires and it handled just fine.
PS the motor looks like the predator
