That's really a matter of opinion as I can point to a few factors which suggest Zulay frothers are not the best. As far as how long it should take to froth milk with a hand frother, that depends on how much milk you are frothing, how hot the milk is, the strength of the charge/batteries in your hand frother, how thick and resilient you want your foam and froth to be, amongst many other factors. If you froth milk with a frothing wand for 7 seconds, you are likely missing out on thick, lasting foam that will stay up well past the time you drink the liquid.
