Ladies and gentlemen! Happy new year! Welcome to 2023. I hope you are going to have an amazing year with lots of padel!
The best possible padel way to start this year would be to look towards the bandeja of course! Today we have Nick in the video, a very good tennis player. He basically has every single shot, except a bandeja. And if you would like to become a very good padel player, this is very important.
Today we will focus on keeping the bandeja low, slow and close to the glass! And I will be sharing 17 tips for that to improve your control!
Hope this helps! Vamoos

I really like the black mat, looks good!
Yes it looks really nice, and it plays quite good because the difference with the ball is more than with blue
Amazing video, super interesting and really nice progression!
Thank you!
Great pointers and great new logo for the 2023 season! Vamos!
Thank you! Glad you like it!
Wonderful lesson. Really helped my bandeja. Explaining the nuances was wonderful. Thanks for posting to the public.
Thanks! Great it helped!
Nice to see the difference with some small but important adjustments!👍
Thanks!
Excelente aula einh? Muita evolução do aluno, claramente por observância das dicas/tips. Parabéns, professor. Conseguiu colocar em uma aula as lições expostas em diversos outros vídeos.

Thank you!
Good vid! Gonna check a few games of my own and see what steps I’m doing wrong 👏👏
Thanks! Yes, check it out :)
You have "great eyes"... in fact all his problems are low elbow and short follow through...
( and a minor one is that he is often facing forward too much...and he is not using enough the left arm, he keeps it way lower that it should be)
Is he playing with the Adidas Adipower endorsed by Seba Nerone? I would love to see you do a through review of that racket... :)
Thank you! I will ask adidas if they are open for a review :)
Hey there, nice video but I am confused. At the start you told Nick to have the ball as far away as possible with the arm extended. Then near the end you are saying closer shorter?
Great question Brian. Closer/shorter is about the preparation. His swing is too big, so I wanted Nick to prepare shorter/closer to him to improve control.
So basically, go from close to far
Could you do a video on playing bandeja's after having to run back to properly position yourself coming from the net position. With deeper lobs. I find this the most difficult part.
Very good idea!
@@OtroNivelPadel Another thing to cover would be where to place and how to follow up the bandeja/vibora from a lob in or across the middleline ie the backhand of your righthanded partner. Meaning you're out of position when playing it. And your partner maybe as well.
If its further iam back the higher contact i should hit that means vibora should be hit only when iam close to the net ? Or thats something else ??!
Yes, viboras you should hit when you a more comfortable and closer to the net
@@OtroNivelPadel then if so when to use winning vollie and when to use vibora ?
