It’s a carrier issue.I am shocked to find that not all carriers automatically offer this feature. Especially if you pre-pay several months in advance which is what I did with mine so now I’m lumped in with “pre-pay features“.

How have you made your phone ask for passcode before switching it off?? My Face ID and passcode are on but still it doesn’t ask for passcode before switching off

YES.... Worked great, US Cellular insured me it was an Apple issue and I needed to contact them but resetting the wireless settings brought it back online. Thanks for the info.

For those of you in the UK, some networks don't support visual voicemail. It's ridiculous but that's how it is.

I can’t reconnect to Wi-Fi, all my passwords are gone, and I still don’t have a voice mail. Thanks a lot pal. Maybe next time mention the fact that resetting network is an ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT and will erase alot of information from your phone.
