Thanks for the upload most informative video I happened upon a President Roosevelt 5 cent blue stamp Bureau Precancel? with CAMDEN N.J, or N.O..part of the O is missing making it look like a J?, not O.H. for OHIO, where Camden is situated not sure about this stamp but your video sure has shed some light on this subject thanks again
