Filming yourself digging through the plastic bin looking for a specific accessory is the single most relatable thing you've ever done online. I felt like I was watching a scene from my life!
Its actually really easy once you try it. Ive learned a lot from watching Robo and other collectors. Like how he sprays faces that look glossy with a little bit of matte top coat. It made my jazwares UFC figures go from dollar store to premium collector items.
This could just be me but Im really enjoying these videos of you kitbashing, customizing, and all round enjoying your stuff over the reviews, feels more organic like I want to grab a figure and do the same along with you, just saying
Oh no, I totally agree, I have way more fun with the playing and the painting and soon the printing. Working on a studio to get more of that done. Reviews are okay, especially since it gets the toys open and in my hands, but almost too structured at this point. I try to throw some customizing in there but it's usually a time crunch. I'm old, I gotta sit and stare and plan, haha.
@@TheFwoosh customizing and kitbashing is what's keeping me in the game with these prices, you sold me on your Goblin Queen, and I love it in the XMen display with Sinister, so many thanks for that
@@TheFwoosh I would watch that. I need to do that myself to purge a little--too much good new stuff coming in! Should be a nicce trek down memory lane at least--or reveal my true hoarder nature. 😅
Yes. Organize. 45% of my figures are in ziplock baggies with accessories inside a smaller baggie. I started doing that when I pulled out a figure and noticed it had paint rub marks of various colors from the other figures packed inside of the bin.
@@TheFwoosh hell yeah, I got duplicates of Loki from the Khonsu wave and Black Panthers from the Atuma wave so honestly I don't mind the box treatment since technically you can pull out your favorite figure without having to take him off your shelf and risk knocking over other stuff
I USED to have my figs put in individual plastic bags, but since collecting figs with packaging that is easily opened and resealed, I’ve been keeping the packaging and storing them in package. **edit** this includes any recent new figures that are sold in “retro” carded form since learning how I can open the bubbles in a way that I can reinsert the figure and make it appear as if it’s still unopened, if I wish to display it as such. So there really isn’t any kind of figure that I throw out the packaging for anymore.
And the rifle the previous Forge came with ALSO was straight up lifted from one of his comic apperances, might have been during the Phalanx saga? Idk but I've seen it. Cracks me up because they've put that gun with so many other people, I guess Forge supplies them all with his designs 😅
True, but I care about this Forge waaaaaay more than that version of Cable since the "classic" X-Force version came along. That's why it was in that tub in the first place, heh.
I thought I had most of it around here somewhere, I used the shoulder harnesses for a Catman, but can't find it at all. Cable was easier to track down, heh.
I feel silly suggesting this, it like a padawan trying to tell a master something, but I put all my fodder weapons in a Ziplock, same with extra heads, hands and fweet.
I kind of scoffed and found a ground man hand digging through awesome comic figures/champions to be immature and then I realized I have a tub full of LEGOs right in front of me hahahaha
Yeah... if the question is "why didn't they use this obvious mold they already have?" The answer will either be "there's other stuff on that mold they DIDN'T want to produce", or "it's now at the bottom of Hong Kong harbor".
Seriously!? WTF Hasbro!?! We are fully aware that the Marvel Legends team at Hasbro KNOW how obsessive we get over even small details! Why did they not include the weapon from the cover when it already exists?!? At this point the only way this can turn into a redemption is if in 275-277 Forge is wielding the included rifle and not the cover gun… we shall see…

Rummaging through your figures made me smile 😊
Man, what I would do to have a bin full of figures like that…
Collect long enough and it just ends up happening
I can give you a bin like that 😂
I have 6 full bins right now. 😢
Just keep buying and buying
I feel you are like me, I know I have this accessory and there is no way that small piece of plastic I saw 8 months ago was lost. Oop there it is.
I found this gun faster than the Abomination figure I needed for tomorrow's video, haha.

It looks so sick with the new gun
Hey, that's my comment! a literal "Sempai noticed me!" moment
thanks for making that comment. Now I have to dig through my own bins. :D
Am I the only one that could immediately smell all the plastic coming from that toy box and just immediately got hit when nostalgia!
I have that gun and Cable! Also appreciate the BTS look at your bin--makes me feel better about mine and how I have my figures thrown in them.

GOOD GOLY! This is the shaky tub-digging video of my dreams! Incredible.

Robo with his pseudo-Spongebob intro 😅
oh, it turned out awesome!
That figure storage physically pains me. I can't not put a figure in a bag before chucking it in a box.
I can understand if there like duplicates but if not then yeah maybe it does pain the soul just a little bit

I'm surprised they recycled Nuke's rifle instead of going with the one Cable already had.

@The Fwoosh poor modern gun-less Cable... 😢🤣
This is fantastic great work dude ❤
Look at that paint finish!
You should put guns and accessories in separate zip lock bags to find it easier. Great touch with the pink and silver dry brush. You are too good!
This is exactly why I get those small plastic baggies to keep the accessories in.
A few weeks ago I decided each new figure is going in a bag with its accessories. Too much chaos otherwise.
That's just amazing
I now wish for a video of you just going through the box listing off figures.
That's definitely in the plans now that I've seen everyone's reaction!
