When I joined the seabees in 2007 we had m16a2 with some h and r and hydramatic lowers. M4s were colt. In 2010 the m16s got replaced with new FNs
Ah ok cool. Yea Palmetto State Armory bought the rights to H&R. They currently make these lowers under that name.
