I got the same pile and I'm also debating wether to do what my urges tell me to or to keep doing what I'm doing right now. I've been through hell because of my ex (she was a master in the art of deception, blame-game, in creating confusions using word salad and whatnot, and I caught her cheating red-handed twice. The second time was my mistake that I gave her another chance.) But these experiences have made me stronger, Spiritually. These experiences challenged the very definition of reality in my life. In the hindsight, I feel that these experiences were needed for my soul's growth. That's what our ultimate objective on this planet is.

Me who just decided to recover from my eating disorder and mental health issues😳
Pile 3 is dead on.. More positivity, More pride, more power.. No more hesitation, no more doubt.. no more double takes.. 6-9 months is roughly the period of time it will take to complete my cert 3 to get into nursing.... Pile 3: This has given me some hope that this year will be better. I've been really stressed about everything that happened in 2020 and its been causing me to lack motivation for school, losing weight, self care. I've been finally getting better over the weekend with self care though I don't know how to fix the others. However I have been making a plan to improve and take better of myself. The knowledge that things are going to get better is a bit relieving and makes me motivated that my efforts will be worth it. The part about confidence and embrace my true self makes me feel better. I've been dwelling on the past in quarentine and it hasn't been good for my mental health. But looking at this, positive thinking, changing things up, taking control of my destiny, change and improvement, motivation, transformation, better relationship with health both physical and mental, completing goals..... I'm really happy. I'm going to put in the most effort I can to get it done.

@butterCake luminals Yeah, the eggs are hard to "let go of"!! lol! I've always eaten a variety of meats throughout my life not knowing the detrimental effects they can have on our health. A few months ago I did away with red meat and opted for "cleaner" meats like chicken and turkey, and eating fish as well. But, the more I've learned about the vegan diet and seen the health and energy of those eating this way, the more it has attracted me to eating this way. So many nutrients that we're missing out on just eating small amounts of fruits and veggies that I feel cause us health issues and just feeling less energetic and alert than we should/ could feel. And yes, organic is the way to go, and filtered water too!! Thanks for responding, and good luck as well with your journey this new year!!
