actualy they were obtainable all the time, also in watoga there is a third location in a bus stop building (where the robot crazy lady is) behind a level 3 locked door, but most of the time it is T-51b but i sometimes found the others there
Tip: Don't take the fusion core out of the power armor unless it has the armor you're wanting. Once you take something from the cassis it won't spawn again when you server hop.
The plans do help because without them you cant upgrade the lower ranking power armor pieces. So basically if you already have the plans and all you find is lower level pieces then you can immediately upgrade them at your power armor station as long as you have the materials.

Many many things are set intentionally with a next to near impossible drop rate so that you keep playing their game for years and years. Ask any player who's been playing for 5 years and still haven't gotten things they should have got a long time ago.

To add to this, went to the top of the medical center, no spawn. Went to roof edge jumped across to vertibird on the roof and the rest of the T60 pieces were there. I’m now complete, just need to find the rest of the mod spawns

In my opinion, T-65 is only worth the gold bullion grind if you want to maximize your characters resistances in terms of Power Armor. From what I hear, the difference is not that big of a deal so many people wear what looks good to them rather than maximizing with the T-65.

Go up to see the computer in watoga And start mayor for the day mission compleat this and all the robots stop killing you and just go around like you own the place. And it works if you go there with someone that has not done it you will be ok but they will be attacked ah ah ah ah ah.

I did not want to take the time myself to grind the RNG to get footage for the video but I put all the info in the desc that points you in the right direction if you'd like to grind for the plans!
I hope the T-60 BoS skins will be obtainable again once the BoS content drops this December!

I've been wanting T60 because it's a lot cheaper than ultracite

How much difference between t60 and t65 ? Is it worth to get t65 ?

Yeah make sure to check all spots and make sure youre not reconnecting to the same priv server if youre using a prive server to server hop

I believe you turn in technical data to someone at the BoS Fort Atlas and then you have a chance of getting a BoS paint plan
