Great video! Simple recipe! Very useful tip with checking the doneness using the juices as a clue! Would spatchcocking reduce the cooking time since you’re cooking at such a high temp? I only ask since I spatchcock poultry when smoking. Again, great video!
I'm not a professional chef, but this video is teaching people some really bad habits in regards to handling raw chicken... You rubbed your hands on the cloth hanging from your waist and then proceeded to touch the bottom of the butter bowl. You then washed your hands and dried your hands on the cloth again re-contaminating your hands and then touched the salt, pepper, paprika & herbs and rubbed the seasoning into the chicken again You appeared to wash your hands again but again dried your hands on that same cloth... then touched all of the oven buttons/door handle so could have spread potential bacteria including salmonella to even more surfaces! So much unnecessary risk for not only yourself but others! However, the actual guide for the roast chicken is solid, I personally like the skin a little more cooked myself.
