Key learnings: 1. More important than going to the Lord, going to the devotees. Because Lord is supreme enjoyer but devotee can teach us how to become a servant of Krishna 2. In kurusetra, Krishna speaks Bagavat Gita to Arjuna. Krishna's speech is considered aa so glorious called Va Vaduka - one who can speak very deeply but who can also make elaborate information in a concise. And also one who soeak message which can be appreciated, relished, heard and spoken by millions of time & all time to come. Those who heard the Bagavat Gita from Guru Parampara then they are most blessed soul in this entire world. 3. We understood that any places Kṛṣṇa touches then immediately opulences comes there. In Mahabharata kantaprasta changed to Indraprasta as per the order of Lord Kṛṣṇa. Kunti maharani says that wherever Kṛṣṇa lotus feetbus there 16 symbols are seen and they are akways emnating many opulences. 4. Wherever Kṛṣṇa presents then victory would be attained. Srila Prabhupada said in one of his lecture 1 Bhisma = 25000 Arjuna who was defeated by Arjuna with his kandiba where Lord invested extraordinary power due to his prayers. Prayer means difference between what you can do and what Lord can do? 5. If we follow in the foot steps of Arjuna and by following the instructions of Lord Kṛṣṇa then we will also have bright future as similar to Arjuna. 10 important life lessons from Bagavat Gita 1. Wherever there is Kṛṣṇa then there will be opulence, victory, extraordinary power and Morality. Srila Prabhupada said like all.of our degrees, knowledge, wealth will be string of zeros and if we put krishna before or 1 before zeros then it has a value Kritina - one who is aligned with Lord and doing extraordinary thing Duskritina - one who is opposed to the Lord and also doing extraordinary thing. Though Ravana was genius but he did not put Rama before his wealth or knowledge so he considered as string of zeros. We understood that we should always meditate on Lakshmi Narayana or Radhakrishna form then we will get opulences. Instead one is focussing only on Lakshmi then they will be destroyed like Ravana who was running behind Mother Sita. Hanuman worshipped Rama and Sita became glorious 2. BG 2.47 - Do your best and God helps those who help themselves. We can throw away all our anxieties by the teachings of the Lord a. God is in control and we are not b. We are insignificant child and Lord is Supreme almighty father c. In Kṛṣṇa consciousness we will get two things - relief from material sufferings and bliss of love. Lord is the maintainer and protector. Lord is the Supreme controller and knows everything best 3. We are not this body made up of flesh, bones etc we are spirit soul, atma eternal servant of Lord. No matter can work without intervention of a spirit soul. Our body is a machine and soul is a driver of that machine. This universe is a big machine and Lord is the operator. There are two souls present in every living entity as stated in chapter 13 of Bagavat gita. One is master or supersoul and other is soul or servant. Lord is the owner of this body and He allowed to stay in this body and Karma is the price . Prahalad Maharaj says like Lord is dear to Jiva, Master of Jiva, Well wisher of Jiva 4. Lord says dont renounce work and don't do material work, spiritualizes the work. There are three types of people in the world. a. One is bhogi ( who would be entering into hell based on his karma) b. Another one is tyagi ( entering into Brahma jyoti without doing any service) c. Servant of the Lord - Bhaktas ( entering inti Vaikuṇṭha and do service to the Lord) 5. BG 4.1 - Vedas present absolute truth which never changes in the Guru Parampara 6. BG 7.4 and 7.5 - Lord Kṛṣṇa is the cause of all material world and Spiritual world. Anything touch in this world and it leads to ultimate Kṛṣṇa e.g. Mango comes from Mango tree- which comes from seed- which comes from another Mango tree --- Lord Kṛṣṇa aham bija pratha pitah. Everything in this world connection to Kṛṣṇa. Krishna is the essence of everything. Cause, essence, best - anyone can understand how one cannot be attracted to Kṛṣṇa. If they say they are not attracted then they did not study Bagavat Gita Kṛṣṇa means to atract and give bliss. Maya means to attract and to give punch in the nose. Both are attractive but Kṛṣṇa gives bliss and Maya gives suffering. All 6 opulences are inherited in Lord Kṛṣṇa. Lord's eyes are Sun and moon which nourishes the vegetables, herbs etc. Lord Narasimha dev has a cool eye for Prahalad Maharaj and hot eye for Hiranyakasibu. 7. BG 5.27 - Lord is the proprietor, controller and enjoyer. Every individual in this world wants to possess, enjoy and control. Lord made his devotees in a great position and His enjoyment comes from serving his devotees. Lord controls very lovingly. Lord was controlled by Mother Yasoda. Lord is the chief of all devatas. Krishna is omnipotent( Maha vishnu) , omnipresent ( Garbodayakashi Vishnu) , omniscient ( Ksirodakasayi Vishnu) 8. BG 6.47 - Most of the Jnani could not understand thar Brahman is their master but they think themselves as Brahman. But they know that Supreme Brahman is supersoul from whom Brahman effulgence comes. If the Jnani performs service to the Lord then they become devotees. Devotees attain perfection by devotional service 9. One should perceive the evil of birth, death, oldage and disease which is a real problem of life in this world. Between birth and death there is a choice to become Kṛṣṇa consciousness and to go back to Godhead. Any intelligent person should study Bagavat Gita and get out of this Material cage and go back to Godhead where there is no duality, no birth, no death, no oldage and no disease. We need to purify our heart and go back to Godhead 10. BG 18.66 - the stem of the tree is considered as Para Dharma and the branches are considered as all other Dharma. If we water the root of a tree then all the branches are nourished. Original and pure identity of a person is Paradharma. If we pour the water in the sand then roots will be absorbing the water. Sand is compared to our acharya who embrace the root ( Lord) always. Through acharya we can able to connect Lord . Harinama and Harikatha are considered to be a boat to cross this material world and goback to Godhead. When the Lion roars in the jungle then all the small animals would be flee away in all directions similarly when we glorifies Krishna then all of our sinful tendencies or inauspiciousness flee away in all directions. We need to surrender to Lord like Vrajavasis Finally Humility is to simply qccept the instructions of Supreme Lord without influence of the personal intelligence which is known as Surrender Harekrishna 🙏 thank you Prabhu ji
