My best memory at the Den 3rd rd vs Tottenham 0 - 0 in the 60's away we got beat 3 - 0 Greaves, Gilzene Goals. Bunked off school for that day. Emmon Dunphy was our school Coach then for afternoons thursdays on Blackheath we used to try kick the shit out of him as 12 yr olds ...great video thank you for all the memories COYL from now Gold Coast Australia A Peckham Boy.

Great video and, nearly, 20 years on, I still miss The Old Den immensely.
An important floodlit game there was unparallelled in English Club passion and atmosphere.
The current stadium is soulless, sanitised and ( relatively ) silent.
Crying shame.

felt the same, the old den was different class but the new den is starting to rock under harris
