I have a question.
if this google form is your daily tasks and some time you forget to fill or you have filled the form or not?
For this how can we show message, "you have already filled today's daily report"
OR
It should notify after some interval of times to "Please fill your daily report"
Please make new video on it.

simple for that u can use notifier or datetime component and schedule the time for notification
