Buying a land in Ghana is very easy, l have said this several times. Go to the regions, apart from Kumasi accra. Please, please move to the new regions, cheap lands, indians, Turks, Lebanese, Chinese Arabs others are making tremendous progress in this in regions. Every Blackman want to stay in accra. Hmmm.
Agree with you. I don't understand why all the black people want to stay in Accra. There are 16 regions. Buying land was very easy for me in kumasi and sunyani . I so many acres with ease. These black folks need education
Are you saying stay in places outside of Accra and Kumasi? I think folks coming from U.S. want to stick with what they know as Ghana is still developing to try to avoid bad investments. But this is good! What regions do you recommend are developing over the next 10 years?

Agree. I'm African American. I have traveled to Ghana many times going back to 1997. I hope to by land outside of accra. Perhaps in the Eastern Region.

@@MightyIntellectualThe lands in Asebu are being offered "free" to African diasporans whose ancestors were enslaved. You only pay $1200 for surveying, documentation and registration because those lands are virgin lands. Contact Ekow Simpson or Alreta Israel to help you out if you are outside Ghana. If you are in Ghana go to Asebu and speak to the chief who offered the lands to diasporans
