I'm an old guy and I enjoy prepping my own meals. I've never bought an appliance that didn't suit my needs. Most I use regularly, some I use occasionally. One or two I may only use annually. Whatever the case, I like to keep them in reserve If I've got space. If not, they often find a use in the garage - especially, saucepans. My oldest appliance is my microwave oven, at 35 years. If anything, I still buy stuff. Last week, I got a spotless George Foreman grill from a charity shop for just £3.00. Now all I need do is save up to buy a steak...
