I made up a Sans like this before...
Don't worry. There is a much worse AU than this one called dust tale (based in Korea) where sans pretty much does a genocide run before you even run into Flowey, leaving you at level one. He just gets to kill you over and over, gone completely mad from the countless genocide runs he's lived through.
Oh and he sees an imaginary figment of his brother (just the head, scarf, and gloves) that he talks to but to you ( and everyone else if they were alive) he's just talking to himself.

Okay, I did feel pretty bad about grillby, don't know why he was like "Sans...."
And that's how Dusttale!Sans came to be...well in which Sans killed the whole underground in exchange to his sanity which gave him more power and all of this was done without Chara's help. So basically Killer!Sans can't feel emotions while DustTale!Sans can.
Imagime them fighting each other tho, who would win? Both have low sanity levels. Both have 92 HP. One sees hallucinations while One can't feel emotions.
