How to model this equivalent diagonal strut in Etabs sir ? If I model this in section designer we should give material type as masonry itself sir.

Also, can we do nonlinear static analysis(Pushover analysis) ? There while assigning hinges I am unable to find hinges for masonry material.... Only Steel Braces-Axial P hinge is available
