- Hosea was the prophet who gave God’s final appeal to the Jews to repent of their unfaithfulness to him. God’s relationship with Israel was one of covenant love so loyalty was a key part. God was looking for glad, eager obedience that wanted to live the way he wanted her to live. Hosea had to experience what God was suffering by marrying a woman who would be unfaithful. But, like God, he was to remain true to her. The sins of Israel listed are Infidelity - in their marriages as well as to God; going after other gods as Hosea’s wife went after other men; Independence - they had set up their own independent kingdom; Intrigue - lies and deceit, treaties outside the people of God; Idolatry - worshipping a golden calf; Ignorance - when they should have known about God, they didn’t bother; Immorality - drunkenness, promiscuity and violence were rife; Ingratitude - he had redeemed them but they were ungrateful. The Priests, false Prophets, false Princes and the Profiteers were accused by Hosea. He warned of suffering ahead - Barren women, Bloodshed and Banishment from the land.

This sermon shows us a lot, thank you for that.
Why did I say show us a lot? Because Hosea was written for Israel in the last days. This means for the 10 lost tribes of Israel today and in the future.( Hosea 3,5 ,After this the children of Israel shall return, and shall seek the LORD their God and David their king; and they shall tremble to the LORD and flee to his goodness at AT THE END OF THE DAYS )
That means Hosea is written for the time just before us, when Christ comes back.

Love the teaching but have to pipe in on Hasidism... They follow Talmud, mans law..rabbinical. Also Kabbalah. I lived in Brooklyn 20 years. I know first hand and have many stories.
They still think they are doing GOD'S will. The rabbis in these sects deceive and control them. But the regular Jews are innocent

Hosea. Is belongs to Ephraim tribute sir please pastor correct information if you have please.
Hosea is a common name in the Old Testament - There were many men named Hosea - Joshua's original name was Hosea until Moses gave him a new name. Joshua was the son of Nun who was from the tribe of Ephraim, we read in Numbers 13:8 - But this is not the writer of the Book of Hosea which was written much later - little is known about Hosea the minor prophet. Please advise what does David say that you wish to correct ?

Faithful loyalty to God when you love him more than your sins and lifestyle. GOD hates sins and he died for all our sins .And scaficed his life for all our sins .And this world 🌎 doesn't want to scafice anything for jesus christ. They want to keep there sins knowing that God forgives. HE forgives repented sinners but you have show God that you are repenting you don't do it when jesus christ comes to Earth. BY showing you are trying to be a better version of your self .And walking away from Evil 😈 God doesn't love everyone proof of that was Noah's days Noah's tried and warned everyone to repent because God would of forgiven for 120 years and no one listened. Also judus who hanged himself he knew the goodness of jesus christ. YOU wonder why he didn't seek forgiveness from jesus christ he probably would of forgiven him .Because no one is to bad to be saved. GOD IS merciful kind but he also has a Wrath and he's upset with the churches that are turning people against God .And Church leaders are trying to rewrite the bible. AND saying sin is OK there views not Gods. JESUS christ picked all his desicipes he wouldn't pick the ones running mega churches with there teaching they would all be sacked instantly. .There will be no peace in the middle east until isreal accepts jesus christ as the messiah .His father who is charge not man .God the father 👩🍼 has said his son jesus christ will be the King of this world 🌎 And jesus christ didn't have good time last time on Earth by his people. DONT let history repeat it self .Because the only way to the father is jesus christ 🙏 ❤
