probably some ordinary effect slowed way down - with some artifacting in it -- I still use SoundEdit, which only runs on ancient Macintoshes..... I have been collecting effects for years -- just search around - they're out there.....
This inspires me to make a rock band called Gearhead because one of the characters has a gear in his head that would be perfect for music videos and concerts and that's what inspired me
