The Sweet Chin Music animation in this game, along with the SCM pin animation in SVR 2010, are miles better than any of the WWE 2k games' versions of the SCM. Bring back those animations, 2K!
Good Lord.... The legend challenges are I M P O S S I B L E! Seriously, it's a pain in the ass to keep Bret *ON* his ass. Sweet Chin Music, Gets up in 5 seconds. Another, still gets up in 5 seconds. And what's worse is that he reversed most of those finishers. I'm sorry to admit this, but I had to set the reversal rate all the way down to complete the rest. Great game for the most part

Yeah in today's wwe games the finishers just dont feel like actual finishers and feel more like basic grapples IMO. Back then they felt like actual finishers because of the camera angles and it also made u feel you were in the actual game unlike today.

Ernesto Retana just that WWE 12 was still THQ and WWE 2k14 was i think something like 70% THQ.... and btw... i doubt that the guys that make the SYSTEM for the targeting with weapon attacks take care of the animations... and i can understand that they make no complete overhaul of all Finishers (but btw it's amusing how some of the exhausted versions of finishers have parts that look much closer to RL (and better then the normal versioN)... Sweet Chin Music (selling by the opponent) and Tombstone (grapple to get the opponent up) ie)... that'd take an animation team of a mcuh bigger scale then they have i guess (if they want to make them with computers... if they make them with mo capping then not but then it'll also take a nice amount of time...) but i hope that one day we will have all moves again improved... and i'd like to see multiple animations on the same move... they made a good step with the exhausted versions of some moves... but e.g. 1 Clothesline From Hell animation were he stands (like in 06) and one when he falls down witht he opponent (like currently)

The new games feel so hollow, no impact to the moves whatsoever. The guys always no selling the finishers no matter how damaged they get is annoying too.

@@JBHtown1646 Excellent point. You have to really "fight" the game to pull off diving attacks, they're set up to fail - there are very few flaws in the game, but that's a big one.
edge´s model never looked better than it did in this game actually alot of wrestler models are look better in this one than in any other past or previos games in the series

Hakim Ishak the only was to use Jake in the ps2 version is to unlock him in the psp and transfer him to the ps2 version by connecting the two together so without a psp and the psp version you can't get him unless you either hack the game or use a cheating device
