The project is as simple as possible in construction, a small three-bedroom house "Camomile 3"
Its dimensions are 8.42 x 10.52. The house has a simple rectangular shape.
The video shows the location of the house on a plot measuring 20 x30 m, an area of 6 acres.
The walls of the house are made of gas blocks 375 mm thick. For construction, you will need 38 m3 of aerated concrete. Base tape made of monolithic reinforced concrete. For the construction of the foundation, 28 m3 of concrete is needed. For the roof and flooring 12.3 m3 of timber. You can cover the roof with bitumen or metal.
