Hi Graeme. Question about hand 9. You bid 2H and made ten tricks, and were happy with that. If you bid 4H, would the defenders play differently and knock you off? How often does that happen in Bridge?
Hi @chesshead, yes, they might play differently. But I think the most important point about the hand is that we don’t need to bid close games. Lots of good scores is better than some tops and some bottoms.
GRAEME Ive allready heard this again and what great words you said "Bridge is an emotional Play"
Great Graeme. Very clear as allways
Thanks for the confirmation about remaining focused, even if you are not in the bidding or your are the dummy, or personal issues arise.
Thanks Graeme. Great card player and a psychologist too!
Thanks, Barnard, but neither really. We’re all just learning as we go. 😀
Thanks Graeme
Thanks for your support

Hi, Constantina from Athens-Greece
Hi Constantina!
On hand 4 I would have played the 6❤️ toward the A. Then won with 9 or A depending on East’s play.
That would have worked!
