I personally like the white lamp than the black model because the white one has the voice recording message,
Also the white one has 12 different lighting effects while the black one only 9.
I also like the matte design instead of the glossy of the black one. But both models have something good to offer.

Hi Mauricio, you did a good review, I just want to make a correction, you can actually turn the alarm off. After setting the alarm, press the second button from the left and then press either the 1st or the 3rd button to select on or off, in off mode the alarm simbol won't show on display. Also the wireless charging is working but you may have to take the phone out of the case and find the right place on the charging point on the lamp.

No the small one doesn't have app control at least the one I showed. May be there is an updated model, you just need to look carefully at the listing and see what it offers. Hope that helps 😉

I don't have the lamp anymore but I in the video I went through all the color available and I don't think it has white color only a yellow color and yes the alarm is loud enough, hope that helps 👍
Had no idea that I was getting mini one. Photos misinterpreted it. Did not come in on the date it was supposed to. Took a long time. Would not charge my phone and would not allow me to set clock. Bad purchase for sure.

I thought I was getting a bigger one!!! It does not charge my phone and sent a very tiny cord with it.
For me I got the mini one, was exprcting big one but I don't mind this one either, can match with my LEDs. Only problem is that the alarm doesn't set, I press pause button and it says "off", and if I leave it like you did, it remains off. Other than that it works exactly like this one.
The small is nice and also saves space. And the sound quality is not too bad either. But yes I noticed It had some small problems. But I am glad it is working for you, and don't mind the small glitches.😃👍
How do I charge my phone with the small one
@@emeralddy3 you have to have it connected and just place in wireless charger area on top of the button, it has a lightning symbol too i think. If it doesn't work your phone either doesn't support qi charging or any type of wireless charging at all.

No app for the small at least for the one I got, there might be an upgraded version that has it but you need to check before buying it.

Yes it has wireless charging but it has no sound feedback when you place it on the lamp. You need to check your phone and see if it's charging and how much it has left.

Yes to listen to the music but it has no app connection to control the lights, you need to do it manually on the lamp

To charge the phone wirelessly with the lamp, the power cable needs to be connected in the lamp, if still doesn't charge it the lamp might have an issue, try also removing the case on your phone. As for the music, you just need to find the lamp in the bluetooth setting of your phone and pair it. Hope this helps 😉
How you set up the wireless charger? I haven’t been able to make mine work.
The power cable needs to connected in the lamp for the wireless charging to work and all you do is just place the phone in the area designated. But even doing this I encountered issues with the black model and wasn't charging my phone so it could be that It might be defective. So you might want to have it replaced.

You mean they don't have the TF card ports because I don't think they include the cards. As for the manual, yes, it is pretty bad. These lamps are not designed by well-known companies, so they will present issues some more than others. That's why I prefer to buy them from a place I can return them in case they come defective.

Hi, the power cable needs to be connected inside the lamp to charge the phone wirelessly. If it's connected and still is not charging then it has a problem. You may want to contact the place you bought it for a replacement.

The wireless charging only works if the power cable is connected. If you have the cable connected, something I noticed is that the round pad in the wireless changing area was too raised and that might be preventing a proper contact with the phone. If you are still having issues you might want to contact the company you bought it from so they can guide you or have it replaced.
Hi I just got this the smaller one white one and I’ve set the alarm I’ve just tested it to see how loud it is and it’s not very loud but I think I have the volume up max as when I check what level the volume is at it says U 30 could anyone help

Once you turn on the lamp, it should be on bluetooth mode already. All you need to do is look for it on your phone. I had some problems with the black one so hopefully is not an issue, if you are still unable to pair it , you might want to consider getting it replaced.
I have the white version and it makes the same sounds as the black version, i am confused here.
May be the one I talked about was designed by a different company. That's why you don't here the same sounds. But I prefer the one with the voice.

I don't understand the question. Do you mean the clock? If so, I only know what I shared in the video. As far as I know, the clock is a 24-hour type and can't be changed. I could be wrong.
When the alarm rings the light doesn't turn on, doesn't it work?
The light should turn on as well, mine did but It was activated by default. Because of the lack of direction in the manual. I am unsure how to activate sorry 😞 may be somebody else will be able to answer your question. It could also be defective , if you are still able to have it replaced you should do that.

Wireless charging will only work if you have the cable connected to the lamp. To set the alarm hold the M button until you see the hours blink then hold it again and you will see the alarm icon appears then use the backward and forward button to set your alarm time , the pause and play button allows you to switch between hours and minutes, hope that helps 😉.

@KittyLove Hello as much as I tried to change the clock format on the little one I noticed that only stayed in a 24hr format so 1pm will be shown as 13:00. The instruction doesn't say how to change it 😕

The lamp as far as I remember doesn't have volume buttons. It needs to be adjusted through your phone.

I unfortunately don't have the lamp with me to see the compatability but it should charge your iPhone. But I was also having issues charging my Samsung galaxy phone and earbuds case. I think it might be the round rubber piece that might not allowing a good contact. The second part of your question I am not understanding it sorry. By the way the power cable need to be connected to the lamp for the wireless charging to work. Hope this helps. 😉👍

According to a viewer that commented here on my video. You need to hold the second button from the left and then press either the 1st or 3rd button to turn it on or off. I don't have the lamp no more so you can try that and see if it works. Hope that helps 😉👍

The wireless charging only works when the power cable is connected. If you are still having issues I would call the place you bought it from, to get it replaced.

The lamp is already in bluetooth mode you need to look it up in your phone as G63 and then pair it. I hope that helps 😉

The mini lamp has wireless charging , you place the phone on the flat area. You can also place earbuds cases.

I noticed the small one has less features then the bigger one so it's very limited with what you can do with it. I think is something that is not available for the small one.

Hold the m button when the time is blinking hold the m button again and then you will see the alarm clock icon. That will be the alarm clock time you can program.

I have the black mini one and I cannot get it to charge either. I can't get it to do anything except for it to change different colors of lighting. I wish I had never purchased it. There is no way to change it from military time. This product was not made with the consumer in mind at all.
Yes the black one I got has some issues too , so I returned it. Also the small ones are more limited because you can't change the time format and to set up the alarm is a bit tricky too 😏😮💨. But for a small desk they are much better than the bigger one.

Same here. Made in China and it took two weeks to arrive. Crap! I’ll email them to return it. Or they’ll send me the bigger version.
I have the white one & it only charges my phone that doesn't have a case on it. Maybe that will help?
How do you connect Bluetooth
The lamp will already be in bluetooth mode , you just need to go to your phone bluetooth setting search for it and pair it, the name might show as G63.

It worked on the samsung s20 fe and samsung s21 5g but on the black lamp didn't work I noticed the round pad was sticking out too high which I think was preventing the phones from charging. You might want to contact the place you bought it from and see what they can do for you.

Yes the lamp has a wireless charging area where you place the phone, the phone has to also have wireless charging capabilities to be able to use that feature. Hope that helps 😉

I was hoping you were going to show us how to access the FM radio. Mine says it's also a radio on the box. The instructions mention NOTHING of how to use the radio.
I noticed that it said it has FM radio, but I tried everything to activate it but couldn't find a way 😕 hopefully somebody else can share how to turn it on.
The fact that the clock is only 24 hours and the alarm won’t shut off makes this worthless to me. It’s a ripoff.

I can't get the company....told me it was USA based. takes 7 days to get...I ordered on 12/6...got here today 12/28...no power cord ..no manual...I used one of my USB size c to charge it...can't get out of military time ...won't play music thru my bluetooth..let alone charge my phone
and it's half the size of what I ordered...but PayPal was very good to me and credited me...I'm done with online shopping even thru amazon

@@dianeklobetanz4769 The company is obviously scamming us. It is very likely a company shopping it out from China or somewhere in Asia, otherwise, how the hell it took 2 weeks to arrive? During the two weeks, I received tracking orders that was from Portugal, what the he…! I was so pissed that I contacted the seller possibly 30 email exchanges for a refund or sending me the bigger version. My unrelenting emails to them finally got them to refund me 5 bucks back, not happy, but at least I got a few bucks refunded to my credit card. Lesson learned, never ever purchase anything from those 50% discount or 70% discount ad, they are all doing shady business. Better do it from Amazon to at least a guarantee for refund if not satisfied with the merchandise.

Yeah it is very confusing because the way they present it in the pictures. Some add the word mini in the title but some don't. Sorry to hear that I'm sure you can return it to get the big one.

😕 I had some issues with the black model with the battery. It was discharging so fast that the only way it could stay on was with the power cable. So I returned it because it is not supposed to be like that. If you can still have it replaced from where you bought it, it would be better.

Your phone may not be compatible or the lamp is defective. These lamps have given me multiple issues. You may want to contact the place you bought it from and see if they can replace it.
Mine just wont turn on so
If you did everything I explained in the video, then It could be that the lamp is damaged. I have read many people having problems with these lamps. Mine also shows many glitches like the alarm turns on even when it is off , the Bluetooth connection is failing also.

The mini was able to charge the Samsung s20 and s21 that I have.

Why won't mine stay charged? After being charged for more than 6 hours. It only stays charged for maybe 45 min.. to an hour. Then it says," Battery low, CHARGE!
That's a faulty battery, I would recommend you to have it replaced or contact the place you bought it from and see what they can do. I hope you can get it fixed.

The power cable needs to be connected to the lamp for wireless charging to work. If it is it might be defective or your device is not compatible. Try finding and connecting to the lamp multiple time because I couldn't the first time.

I bought 3 thinking they were the large ones! Big ripoff! Also just recieved them, very late!
On the pictures it looks like is the big one, some sellers put mini in the title, and some other ones show a picture with the actual measurements but some other ones don't add any of those details. May be you can have them exchange for the big ones.

No problem 😉, you know I am also experiencing issues with the Bluetooth. I think this lamps are cheaply made that they will present different glitches. It's a cool lamp but needs more improvements.
This product SUX. No manual. Says give us a call .. there is NO # or info anywhere. The one page in box has No Info to set time etc.

Yes I encountered some problems with the small one specially with the black model. And has very limited features and to control it is a bit difficult because there are very few buttons. The bigger one was better for me to operate.

that temu speaker it's a scam you can't wirelessly charge your phone, it's just a simple alarm clock with bluetooth speaker and rgb lights that's all
It worked for me with the white model but not with the black model. Also the charging will not be the fastest it will probably take 6hr to fully charge the phone depending on the battery capacity.
