I was laughing at him for not realizing "Paul is dead" is a Beatles conspiracy theory but then realizing we were both wrong because chat was telling him that the chicken was dying.
"A few more caterpillars while we do the chemistry" is a perfect summary for this game.
The catepilllar thing is weird since it says 3 per minute, but it will actually starve if not given about 5 every 90 seconds.

@@darkthunder312it also just eats the preceding character regardless of it being a caterpillar or not (on safari), so you can just put a bunch of dots before him and ignore him completely

I made that mistake too. The !#$@^@ game says "letters that you *will be no longer* able to use" but then applies the rule to letters you've already typed.
@@Arnavion your password isn't set yet, so the point of time doesn't typed doesn't matter.

even better when he got there the second time and made a big deal about picking the right letters and then, rather than taking like 10 seconds to look at his password, just sac'd Q and died inside.

@@JoraulStreams It used to be, but not anymore. Not even the Sydney stuff, it just generally sucks now. I used to use it daily, and now I literally cannot get a good answer no matter how I prompt it.
I tried it out and proved it wrong about something and it got mad and ended the conversation lmao

I honestly love the immediate stress but then the just as immediate concentration the first time the atomic numbers thing comes up. That just continues on. This is a perfect example of not **purely** panicking and ultimately solving the problem in the long, long end.

I'm literally suing Neal after the mental anguish of getting a Geoguessr in the Password Game where I was in a building and couldn't move, there were no national symbols or flags anywhere, all I could tell was that this was an immigration checkpoint somewhere in latin america. I could just make out the sun was in the north and guessed I was in south america. After guessing every spanish speaking country (even carribean islands) I knew it ended up being el salvador.
you can simply paste in a list of all countries and apply binary search

I loved playing this on my own before I saw NL play it. I got stuck on Rule 24 (the UA-cam URL of a video with a specific timestamp) because every link I could find had broken some other rule.
By the end I was screaming in panic. I love this game.

I remember him switching from Chrome to Edge due to Chrome having terrible frame rate in SAP beta build that was played in the browser. I’m guessing he then never changed the default search engine on Edge which is Bing
@@Lucas-gt8enwhich is a shame. Edge is a chrome reskin so is opera and im pretty sure so is brave. firefox is rlly the only chrome alternative.
@@MrJoosebawkz Eh, I'd say Opera GX is pretty good. It's far from a reskin, and it actually allows you to optimize its performance. Considering that Chrome is bloated as hell, Opera GX is genuinely the best alternative as of yet.

I got to the final rule where it asks for the current time, and after screwing around with digits for far too long, I decided I had gotten far enough and closed the browser.
I feel like this game would be goated if it had a bank of rules and didnt use all of them. Also random order might be fun but also might be too much.
@Nephenon Nah its just a bunch of simple math on the backend. Half the rules are like "bold these letters" anyway which don't require any solvability checks.
I don't think the game checks for solvability, it just gives you options to reroll in case you get softlocked. It's probably just applying each rule independently. Someone needs to make a roguelike version of this.
I feel like you could do something involving hashes to check for solvability, but this feels like it might also be related to the halting problem.
