    It specializes in manufacturing feed with a private label, that is, it manufactures with a third-party brand. It is a cheaper and more viable way for those starting out, as they do not need to invest heavily in machines right away.
    It all starts at the raw material receiving center. As it is food, the ingredients are strictly monitored.
    The truck unloads the ingredients into the storage tank. The grid they pass through is magnetized to remove any metal residue that they may have.
    All incoming material is recorded. And tested in the laboratory. Tests can take up to 48 hours before being admitted to production.
    Raw material storage is fully automated. It's amazing to see that there is no human interaction in this process. This also reduces the chance of contamination. In this controlled environment, the system optimizes input and output so that material is always fresh in production.
    With radio frequency tracking, all ingredients are closely monitored.
    Handling is done using autonomous forklifts. They are in charge of transport between one location and another.
    They even take care of changing the battery among themselves when they are discharged.
    Another important point of the factory is the weighing of the ingredients, which is also done in an automated way.
    All ingredients are ground, sieved and mixed to be sent to the pre-extrusion sector.
    The transport of these ingredients to another sector is done by another set of more robust autonomous forklifts. They weigh about 2,500 pounds.
    The barrels pass through a system of conveyors to the truck. This truck is also autonomous and transports the load to the other production sector. The track is heated. This way the factory doesn't stop when it's snowing.
    In the pre-extrusion sector, the container is unloaded. Other ingredients are added and monitored.
    The mixing of dry ingredients is done with the latest technology. At all times, the technician scans the raw material for verification and traceability.
    Extrusion is the final part of feed manufacturing.
    The first stage consists of pre-conditioning, where all dry ingredients are combined with animal protein and oil. They are cooked, forming a paste.
    All this temperature and texture control in the extruder is done electronically.
    Each client of the company has a different requirement. The color and texture must be clear at the time of manufacture so there are no complaints. This bookshelf are arranged customers' samples for comparison.
    It is important that at the exit of the feed, it is uniform.
    Trays are used where hot air circulates in the product. Temperature and airflow are controlled to extract all moisture.
    The result is a feed with a uniform texture and shape, ready to go into the fat bath.
    The fat bath is done with the feed still hot in a vacuum process. All this control allows the product to come out with all the customer's specifications.
    After the bath, the feed passes through a cooling system, before reaching the sieve.
    In the end, all the material is carefully stored in these boxes.
    And once again transported by an autonomous truck to the packaging sector.
    As you may have noticed, every point in the factory is strictly controlled. And this is no different in the packaging.
    Every time a load arrives in the sector, the operator monitors it through a radio frequency system to avoid potential errors. The entire process follows the orders of this system. It controls the filling of the feed according to the correct packaging.
    The factory supplies the most diverse brands in Europe. That's why it's a challenge to maintain product quality according to each customer.
    When picking a package for a particular brand, an optical electronic system checks whether it matches the scheduled order.

    Preciso de fabricante que doe ração canina. Acolhemos 11 cachorros abandonados e não estou conseguindo quem os adote. O custo para mante-los está muito alto, um saco de ração dura apenas 3 dias. Por favor se puder me orientem. Obrigada!
