There are two way. First is Take Indian driver license and convert it first to international then convert it to japan driver license for this you have to give exam in japan. Second is make fresh driver license in japan.

Well one thing about Japan is, it is very expensive I mean look at the price of fruits and vegetables it is very high than we think. But in India we also buy fresh at very low price . I live in tier 2 city and 150 to 200 rupees is enough to buy vegetables for one and half week. Also seasonal fruits are also under 100.
