QI GONG DA WU - Competition Format

This is the official competition format for Qi Gong Da Wu in China. This is no instruction, and the performance will be judged by forms, movements, and synchronization. This is an abridged version, extracted from the full Da Wu normally for daily exercise. Note that the music rhythm set the pace for the movement.
