Original Berry Well. If it makes you happy I'm pretty sure GTA IV's choices is what ultimately decided on a reason for a choice 3. It could only be a rumor, but originally it is said you kill both Micheal AND Trevor. At the end Franklin not being able to come into terms of his choices and having nobody left kills himself. Then supposedly at the end game you control Lamar like in the same style as Red Dead 2 with John's son. Perhaps the story as it goes is true since in ending 3 Lester suggests Franklin kills both. But like I said, this was a rumor.
