Best Buy charges around 150 for a basic install. Never go to actual shops because they will overcharge you by a MILE. The Best Buy that did mine did a phenomenal job and I’ve had my subs in working order for over 3 years. You just have to find the right guys for the right price 🤷♂️
@@alexsampson3579 false , just checked . $350 for basic install .
I have a 2013 Ford Fusion SE it doesn't have the 6×9's but I do want to upgrade my factory system I have already replaced the factory door speakers do you have any recommendations on what kind of 6×9's and subs will best fit in my car😁
I am doing the same. I bought a paid of JBL's 6 X 9 three way speakers from Best Buy to go in the rear deck and adding a 4 channel bridgeable amp to play them.
LOC doesn’t come with remote wire. Is there a place where I can connect it?
Go to the fuse box, find a circuit that is only on when the vehicle accessory is on / running, and use an "Add-A-Circuit" to safely tap into that circuit.
The whole setup that you have in this video how much will that run me
All linked in description for current price.
When you take the signal from the 6x9’s do you lose the audio to the 6x9’s? I want to keep all my speakers and add a 10” sub. Is that possible?
you keep them as long as you use a t splice or make sure to sodder then correctly
Could a 15 inch skar prefab fit in the ford fusion?
Nope
In which fuse location did you use to put your remote wire. Under the hood or under the dash. Also which fuse number was it and/or what does it control. Mine stays on and id like to have it activated when the key is on
We didn't tap into the fuse box for our remote as our line out converter provided the turn on trigger for our amplifier. This is why we used the Pac LP7-2.
@@ProvoBeastAudio is that sold in stores or online only
@@ayebaldhead5133 Everything we used is linked in the description of the video.
@@ayebaldhead5133 We have ours linked in the description, but it can be picked up at your local audio shop or best buy.
@@ProvoBeastAudio thanks bro
Is it the same process for a 2018 ford focus SE ?

Did you hook back up the deck speakers
Yes
Have you done Ford Taurus?
If not I’ll give you my Ford and parts lol
Did you plug the factory 6x9s back in or do they have to stay disconnected
Plug back in
You didn't explain where to connect the remote wire to turn on the amplifier
To the remote turn on terminal on the amplifier.
Where do I get the zip tie anchors you used to hold the wires down

What are the factory speakers wire colors?
Would the PAC audio line out converter be the right choice for my 2018 Lincoln MKZ with the stock revel audio system?
Thanks in advance
Sure would be. That is linked in the description of the video!
So you don't have to hook anything up to the factory stereo?
We did, just at the speakers in the rear deck, not at the radio.
You not located in Philly are you?
What crossover point is the amp set at?
We usually start around 80 hz
aye man how did u mount the amp to the back of the seat isn’t that shit metal ???
They look like self-tapping screws
Hello I’m reaching out to you guys cause I followed your video to hook up a subwoofer and amp in a 2018 Ford fusion. I purchased the Loc pro 7 and I hooked everything up as you did step by step in the video. I had no power light to the Loc pro 7 until I unhooked the remote wire from the loc and ran it to my fuse box under the hood. I have a red light now on the loc pro but still no sound through the sub. I tested the amp wires for power and their getting it bit nothings happening. How do I fix this?
do you need to run the wires through the head unit? (as in disconnecting the whole head radio to connect wires in the inside of it and reconnecting it?) sorry for the bad explanation
Do you know if the 12v consistent is the same wire for a 2015 SE 2.5 model?
Anyone wondering the same, I just ended up going with the kicker LOC that takes signal from your speaker wire and turns it into a 12v! Has worked perfectly for me so far!
Is there a difference between a "Factory Radio Amp Amplifier subwoofer Interface Wire Harness with Inline Converter" (amazon product), and the "LOC Pro Inline Output Converter" you are using? I have the Sony system. Would I need a bass restoration processor? Thanks.
Does the box itself have wires in it? Or just rca hooks up directly to the speaker inside the box?
Too bad the guys with multi tool wouldn’t stop made it hard to watch with that racket going on in the background.
I have some questions
Shoot us a message on facebook and we can help out.

I used that yellow and red wire 2020 fusion titanium and my amp only works when the trunk is open
Same did you find a fix?

Hello, I just got a brand new aftermarket amplifier installed in my 2018 Ford Fusion Titanium. The one that has the Sony Surround System with a center channel and a subwoofer. I also got a DSP installed as well. After I got these two things installed, when I went to the sound settings, it would not let me Put the sound in stereo and it is stuck in surround. The speed compensated volume also cannot be changed. I prefer stereo over surround and I was wondering how do I fix this problem and what should I do? Thanks.
did you ever fix it
Ever fix it?
Does the 2019 headlights fit 2014 models ?
No they don’t. 2013-2016 Fusion are the same but 2017-2020 Fusions are different.
