Noone that plays iRacing is gonna stop racing on iRacing entirely to play World of Outlaws or NASCAR 2025 Im lucky I have a Playstation so I was able to get World of Outlaws but I dont have a good way to hook up my Heusinkveld pedals and G29 wheel to my PS5 to play World of Outlaws with a wheel like I'd want to. And it doesnt really draw me away from iRacing I'd still race iRacing with WoO and NASCAR Arcadey games on PC lol
not gonna lie, seeing these physics and how sensitive the car is to the inputs, it feels like a game made for wheel, it feels like what simracing feels on controller without controller assists.
Nice to now is that the PS5 version runs at 120fps on framerate mode and between 90 to 110 on quality mode if you have a 120hz tv.And it looks really good to.
This looks like its trying to be a modern Stunt Car Racer (Hall of Fame game of the late 1980's by Geoff Crammond), just missing the gap jumps and the roller coaster type tracks. Interesting fun game.

The game concept is good, graphics are an 8 out of 10, and the physics system seems reasonable but can be improved. iRacing can use this game and it's feedback from consumers as a reference for NASCAR 25

I bought the game yesterday and have logged around six hours. I really enjoy the visuals and the feel of the game. You can absolutely feel all the different textures in the tracks and the weight of the vehicle in the controller. It feels like a legit rally sim. There are a few things that I feel really need to be remedied for it to be a solid 5 star game. 1) A manual transmission option. 2) The vehicle contact physics favor the A.I. in a very noticeable and extremely frustrating way. The A.I. can turn you sideways and rag doll your car anywhere on the track from any position. Whether you are taking a inside line, outside line or even just going straight, a minimal amount of contact on the user and its race over. While at the same time the A.I. cars are on rails and are generally unaffected by contact. It is profoundly vexing. 3) Replays.
No one, not even iRacing itself. As far as I Know, they bought the game dev to take their physics systems, but the game already was deep in development so... why not?

The LAST thing iRacing needs to be doing is encouraging contact between drivers and dive bombs. The racing standards are already bad enough as it is. Maybe they could implement a penalty system where people found in the wrong after a protest get banished to ExoCross.
@@xking5v Because they aren't there for that, this was an existing studio that was already working on this game. Nascar 25 has it's own team and there is no reason to think that they are understaffed.
