Love them Margaret. That grey top lends itself to one of your lovely broaches. To make that bowl all you do is place the record on top of a container just a bit larger than the center of the record. Place something heavy in the center to hold it down and carefully pour boiling water over the black part and it will melt and bend down to form a bowl. I have also seen them used upside down for long hanging ceiling lamp shades.
I would have loved to go with you …it’s right up my alley. I went to a yard sale last Saturday and was drawn to a handmade quilt . The feel of the washed cotton was exactly what you would imagine a quilt should feel like. The lady who was having the sale came to talk to me and we discussed her cookbooks as I went through them and picked one I like. As we talked, my hand kept resting on the quilt, gently rubbing it. She told me she had made it for her granddaughter but the girl’s mother wouldn’t let her have it. 😢 . She offered it to me for a very reasonable price, but I declined as we’re downsizing and moving into a suite and I hadn’t decided on the colors yet. As I paid for the cookbook, she insisted that I take it, at no cost, because she felt I should have it. It made me quite emotional. I came home and looked in my art studio and found multiple pieces that will compliment the quilt, and will be the basis for our new home decor. Then I lay on my bed and had a nap under my beautiful new quilt.🥰
Did everyone have fun on the cruise that you were organizing for June? I didn't hear or see photos that was probably taken. How nice it must have been to meet you and youtube friends in person. I have lately lost my confidence to travel quite often solo. I believe it's because I no longer have real close friends or a husband to call on in an emergency since moving to another State, etc. I do take organized days and weekends trips and fly to Canada to see family. I think the feedback has been wonderful from the trip. Everyone seem to have a fabulous time. We took a lot of pictures, but they are personal and I didn’t feel it was appropriate to share on the wire platform. But it was a lovely cruise. I’m really happy we went. We’re doing another Christmas cruise in 2025. I will be discussing first with our Patreon supporters if you’re interested
Who's putting an age on princesshood? Not me? Go girl. My mother in law used to do that with old records and make plant pots with them. That was a long time ago! ⌛

The color (one of my favs) of the sweater matches with your hair and complexion so well; it is so peaceful and relaxing. All other things are nice, too, and look good on you. Enjoy! You are right: feeling good does not depend on the number. The bowl is unusual and SO elegant! Like the shape!
