Christopher Lee is my Dracula, as a youth they occasionally ran horror movie marathons (Mount Gambier, South Australia). Hours of Hammer films, bliss. We only had two channels (Channel 8 and ABC) so it was pretty memorable. This is a great figure of an iconic character though. Nice to see your father sharing the passion.
You brought your dad in for backup I see to help with Dracula. We all need backup from time to time 😂.

Even sitting down your dad looks like he's over 7 ft tall and you can't teach that. That's great your dad's into cape season. I don't have any universal monsters, but I might get this one. The figure looks amazing. That Andre is the scariest figure there
Fantastic review. First off, always a pleasure when your dad is on. The way you so casually said "one of these days she is going to burn the house down" had me busting out laughing. Andre at the end was just the icing on the top of this review. This figure just looks awesome. NECA really knocked this one out of the park and I have already went out hoping to find it in store. It would be a must have even if I weren't already all in on the Universal line.

I would almost believe that neca probably bought out existing products from Aurora models

Oddly enough if we get a Pre nu52 Supergirl (before what caused the reboot) and Stephanie Brown Batgirl can have some fun since sorta had a crossover. Have him mess with them. Many if want to. Wait no thats the Black and white.

Really quick correction. Renfield is not the person who goes to Dracula's castle to broker the deal for the Abbey, it was Johnathan Harker.
Only bummer for me is the lack of red on the inside of the cape. But definitely picking this up.

I have seen other reviews were the cape DOES severely stain the figure. Probably a good idea to treat it before use but Im not sure what is the best method.

The 1931 Spanish Dracula is better. They shot it at night with their cast after Bela had done his scenes that day.

Ok first of all great video. It's always fun when your Dad shows up to do a figure review with you. I have to say my favorite talking animal show has to be Mr. Ed. I loved watching that on Nick at Nite when I was a kid. Maybe it's b/c I loved, and still do, reading about the Civil War, but I also liked to watch F-Troop back in the day too. If you guys did a video about Nick at Nite classics, I would love to see it. Anyways great figure. The biting face is probably the weakest of the three heads. 19:32 I feel like he's going to gum someone to death :p lol Also as far as other people portraying Dracula the 2nd best imo is probably Christopher Lee from the Hammer Dracula movies.
