Notice: When I recorded this match, Irelia was GrandMaster, but after the match, when I saved her profile, sadly she down to Master. PD: The league update it's every 24hr.
Looking for an serious answer, I hope someone can explain this to me. Why didn't he build Trinity at all, but Blade first and Mortal Reminder in this matchup? For me the enemys look squishy with high dps and/or burst, except for Alistar - but I'd say Alistar is not an Important Target. So why blade first and why blade over Trinity? Lifesteal doesn't look to good vs burst or high dps and blade does bonus damage according to the targets health, but they don't have much health. Trinity on the otherhand gives more burst because of spellblade what makes it seem like a better item vs squishy opponents. Blade is an overall good item but so is Trinity and for me the bonus of Trinity seems way better in this matchup. And why build Mortal Reminder? Except for Alistar they don't build much Armor and none of them has a lot of healing to make antiheal so Important. Also the armor penetration is % so it makes it less usefull vs low armor. In this case would it not be better to take Brutal as second rune over weakness? Thats the next thing I don't get, why take weakness? Brutal has a higher damage output early and that's what I would want in a lane vs corki, so I can kill him fast, if he does a wrong step. I assume weakness has a higher damage potential in the mid to late game, but on the other hand he won't have long teamfights vs these opponents, because either he dies or they die, so he can't use his third and forth ability very often in a single fight. Obviously he is a way better irelia player than me so I guess it all makes sense, but I just don't get it. So I hope someone can explain it to me. Thank you!
Hmm why did the guy learned his e first(3rd skill) I personally always learn q(1st skill) at start becuz it provides health when used Well I guess different players different opinions n playstyle
I do the same. First 3rd ability and then others accordingly. Stun and then attacks so they already lose half of the health. They will try to retreat. We can take them down ✌🏼

Whoa 3rd skill first? Kinda sketch but you handled it.
It's good against ranged champion to start with 3rd. You can easily farm from a distance without getting poke.
I do the same. Its the best way ✌🏼

I personally always learn q(1st skill) at start becuz it provides health when used
Well I guess different players different opinions n playstyle
So he does't get poked too much and he can farm safely, in this match up thats a good idea
@@xan4315 guess so but I'm all about the risk Aggressive type of player:)
@@fallonronin2178 aggressiveness leads to nothing whem you are against somone that outranges you and has a stronger level 1
@@xan4315 well it still works out for me nearly everytime:)
Different people different play style as long as it works:)
