The guest is puffed up and pompous. As a lawyer himself, he lacks decorum. His language should be more courteous than this. Comes across as one with issues against EFCC that he isn’t disclosing. Nigeria needs to decide whether it really wants to deal with corruption or not. If Bello has no issues, he should go forward and answer to the allegations. Yes, N80bn is huge and the state is poor, but don’t forget that he was in the state for 8 years. In addition, the states often borrow excessively from banks over and above what they can pay. So, it isn’t impossible to access that much. If true, it also shows the heart of wickedness that some politicians carry. It’s worse that we are even talking about something like this where a young man is involved. He ought to be a sterling example that the youth can do great things in this country. Running away and making it difficult for EFCC to interrogate you is not a sustainable strategy. A word is enough for the wise.

Common sense is not common. The argument of Barr Onokpasa here is that there is an Order from a Court of competent jurisdiction that Yahaya Bello cannot be arrested or prosecuted.....he said further that EFCC should first vacate that Order from the same Court that issued it or from a higher Court before arresting and prosecuting Yahaya Bello. This is the lawful thing to do.
@@kissprecious Between state and Federal High court which is superior? While yahaya bello was on sit the state court has been in favour due to appointment of Judges by the lion himself. He also rigged election for his cousin to hide under his immunity.....So all these lawyer of doom, God will judge us all
