I think Shadow Dio/ Shadow TW might be fun to play and use. Short time stop may be bad since some stands has time resistance that is longer than the time stop, but the overall moves are good to either stun long or do heavy damage with bleed.
against time stop stands the ts is actually insane because you can move in the entirety of their ts if you time it right although the ts is useless against ta4 or mih lol
I like how Shadow TW feels a lot more simple and got less moves. I never was a fan of the insane amount of movements that they were putting to Stands and fighting styles lately (not saying it's bad, i just don't like it much). I definitely will play with this stand, because the overall moves are pretty good. (Sorry if bad english)
STW is based on Shadow Dio from JoJo Heritage for The Future fighting game. There Shadow Dio doesn't have a barrage, but instead uses his The World only for quick gut punches
