The Legend of Charlie Brown: The Incredible Origin Story of Our 4 door Chevy Malibu!

- Heath takes you on a journey through the incredible origin story of our beloved 4 door Malibu named Charlie Brown. Charlie's story starts in Chicago, where he was owned by a man known as "Hot Dog". However, his ownership of Charlie was cut short when he was locked up and the feds seized the car and put him up at an auction.
Enter a crew of guys known as Lotto Jimmy and Marv, who won the auction and took possession of Charlie. But this was just the beginning of Charlie's wild ride. From there, he was sold to Joseph and eventually ended up in the hands of a father-son duo in Dayton, Ohio.
It wasn't long before Heath caught wind of CB and knew that he had to have him. In this video, Heath takes you through the process of acquiring Charlie and how he became an integral part of our lives.

Charlie Brown and the TSR boys are definitely my top favorites. I love God and nitrous just like they represent! "Built for speed, bound for Glory!"
🤘
Tin Soldiers are the best. I have a sweet place in my heart for Charlie Brown as I grew up with a 2 door Malibu. It was a smallblock car with 2 kits. Great story we love the channel!
I’m a fan of Charlie Brown and hearing the backstory is great. I have a very strong feeling about who made that call, they had a project over there.
Never talked with him but he seems like a damn good dude. Wouldn’t expect anything less from people hanging around your camp!
Went to Norwalk last year 1st time at a no prep. The car that impressed me was Charlie Brown. Caught me completely off guard. Can’t wait to see Charlie run again.
Right when you see the car from a distance you don’t begin to expect it to do what it does
“I usually always have bc multiple cars I guess because I hate money… nitrous cars at that” 😆😆😆. I’m cracking up over here lmao
💵🔥
Charlie certainly has a presence that can't be bought. Badass.
Yep you did your homework that was my Lil brother car HOT DOG and he loved the car unfortunately some things transpired and it was confiscated by the FEDS glad you guys have taken car or it and keep up the good work 💯💪🏾✅
I've said it before that car is amazing the way it 60fts id love to be strapped in to feel what it feels like making a hit in that car and you guys are awesome who doesn't like Jason you guys are so humble and really know yalls stuff. Your friend from Louisiana Rick 427
It's for sure a wild ride! Thanks for all the support Louisiana Rick 427 🤘
I’m a ford guy. But goddamn I love that car. Great luck this season 🤘🏼.
Hey Heath, what a great, honest, humble interview. I love Charlie Brown and what you men have done. Ole Racers just keep going FASTER!!! Have a blast.
I was wondering about the chassis. I got to see it in person at ky drag way last year, I noticed the welds in the rear of the car. I saw some wells that looked ok then I saw some wells that were absolutely 🔥! The car has character to it and it is so awesome! It’s just so relatable.
What a cool bunch of guys
Love the story I've never seen the car run in person but from the videos I've seen I know Charlie brown is a 60 foot monster I always wondered why someone would build a 4door car but after hearing the story I understand you bought it like that. I thought maybe the 4 door wheel base was the reason it might be a few inches longer or something . Great video .
I got led to TSR due to Charlie Brown. Aussie's love him too.
Nice to hear the backstory of the car. I’m a gbody guy so CB always had my interest from first time I saw it on tsr channel
My first car was a brown 84 caprice 4 door. This thing is really my 16 year old selfs dream. So so frickin sweet.
I love a great car story and this one didn’t disappoint. Great job on the telling of it. There’s going to be a lot more history from Charlie Brown.
Saw this thing at NPK in 22 in Ky I think and always pulled for the car and after this past weekend in Ky I thought ima research the car and after this I’m a big fan hope yall bring back the old school shirts!!!
Charlie freakin Brown Cmon!!!🦾🦾
Haven't seen a Team that was more meant to be as one.
🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Hell yeah can't to see Charlie Brown kicken ass this year...
Im not really a nitrous guy, im a lover of forced induction but how could you not love Charlie Brown? I can appreciate all builds, especially the builds that are out of the box. Big sedans & wagons are just more badass when you can get em to go fast compared to your run of the mill fox body or Camaro. Can't wait to see CB hurting some feelings this season 🤙
It's not just the car we like and support it's really more the guys behind the car we support people know when they see real racers that race for the love of the sport and have a great heart!
Charlie was cool before but this just makes it over the top. The story and energy around him is everything drag racing should be! Glad an Aussie company in haltech has a part in this. We need more of this here 🇦🇺🇦🇺

Same to you!
Charlie brown hooked on that gas. Can't get my bottles filed since his taking up the world supply this year
Lovin Charlie Brown and the back story. Can’t wait to see him run with the new combo!
Charlie to the front!
People don’t understand when you are at the track your at work. that’s where I first seen Charlie Brown Kentucky dragway
Sounds a lot like me, went from 632 mid steel 70 Chevelle and shoehorned a 5" 762 in it cause needed more in the back half without killing the 632's. The 762 makes almost on motor what the 632 makes on on 36 and 32 jet lol. Throw a single 32 jet on the 5" and it blows it out of the water
Nice. #!!! 😊😊😊
Bravo well done ;ots of win lites r comin soon, Hey fellas hows about a tenstive schedule of some races yall might bes a goin,
