I am thinking either something from the desert or an epiphyte desert plants either hold water inside so they almost never need watering or they go into a form of "hibernation" when conditions aren't right and "wake up" as soon as conditions are good again epiphytes almost don't need watering because (some) can pull all the water they need out of the air (assuming the air has enough water in it) desert plants seem to represent a guarded aspect while epiphytes seem like freaks either way they're hard to kill which seems required

Cofi is definitely my favorite character because she defies expectations. She might seem like the typical goth stereotype on the surface, but she is really funny, kind and kooky. She is a lot of fun to watch.
