Foregoing perfection for truth or "perfect" for "true" is like swimming upstream. Its so hard. But so liberating at the same time. And not finding security in acceptability but in truth. Then the acceptance you get is also true.
@@firehearttarot I consider myself as tapping into spirit for my work. But I don't consider my work to be spiritual work. Although I'm literally a sangoma and my work is mostly spiritual lol. Being a Sangoma is calling me back to myself. I don't see it as my "calling". More like a certain level of awakening to myself in this lifetime.
@@firehearttarot yes and no. Christianity has damaged things alot. But being a Sangoma is an acceptable form of being culturally. Although stigmatized due to the western and Christian influences. I imagine I would have a harder time if I was born and raised in Sweden accepting being a Sangoma. Whereas Sangomas exist in South Africa 🇿🇦 and I can be myself more freely.
@@Thesisinxumaloblog aaah, those damm western and Christian influences! It has inflicted so much pain. I’m truly sorry for that. But beautiful that you can actually be a sangoma! 💖

@@Thesisinxumaloblog that’s so interesting. Is being a sangoma an ingegrated part of your community/culture? Because if it is, perhaps that’s why 🙃
