Thank you John , it really is my first ever attempt at Viking weave , never tried it before 😁 I like to set myself little challenges and try new things , all so may be it’s a bit of rebellion against the arthritis in my hands , like my way of fighting back , my hand surgeon told me to keep the hand muscles strong to compensate for the bone deterioration, kind of use it or lose it approach , and gave me loads of hand exersizes, but I prefer crafting , that’s my exercise, it did make my hands ache a lot though 😂 think the beading is a bit easier on the hands than wire weaving .
